Old Town Coffee & Chocolates

This place roasts their own coffee. There espresso roast is amazing! Everytime I've been here it has a nice atmosphere. It's the kind of place you can go on a date, take your laptop and find a table, or meet a group of friends.

It is a nice atmosphere with high ceilings. Bit they don't have anything organic. The juice they gave me was just from a big companies' product. Although, it seems they make their own chocolate, so that's good!

Other than some local homeless who hang out in the front, the coffee is really good. The staff is always very personable and cheerful. I'm gonna pass on the chocolates but their coffee is 10/10.

This place is wonderful and there is not a thing I dont love about it. The people are very nice. The building is historical and the atmosphere totally has a nice old school coffee shop feel and has great music, wifi and games.
The coffee, chocolates and teas are sooo delicious.
I highly recommend a trip to this place while in Humboldt.
Especially on a rainy day! Really is an uplifting place.

The cashier was incredibly rude, talking badly about customers and was glaring at them. The hot chocolate is watery and the other mochas we ordered were just not that good. Over all I would never recommend this shop.

Excellent coffee shop with fast and friendly staff. In house roasted coffee beans make for some of the best coffee in Humboldt County. Great pastries, treats and in house made chocolates too!!!

Love this great old building, so awesome, ,wish it could tell it's story. The bathroom has 1878 in tile in the floor so cool I wonder if it's when it was built. But enough about the building the shop is awesome great munchies and the coffee is AMAZING!

Great coffee and chocolate with a nice ambient. Good for meeting friends of working with your laptop, although the Wi-Fi times out. Totally recommended as you're strolling around downtown Eureka.

Great variety and friendly experience shared to ensure you get exactly what your tastebuds are craving. First time visiting Eureka but I'll be back for more the next time I'm coming through. Always love to support local!

The environment is very relaxed with great smoothies and chocolates. The brick walls are warm and turn the cozy levels up to an 11. There is always new artwork on the walls to refresh the eyes and possibly your home, if you like.
I love going on monday and friday evenings to see the improv act. It's fun, especially when theres a big group to shout out suggestions. Some days are better than others but I've really enjoyed it whenever I've gone. And the cafe also has live music acts throughout the week in the evenings. It's a great stop on a tour of old town and a favorite for a caffeine fix.
