Old Town Coffee & Chocolates

Cute place, but the workers ruined the experience. Gal taking orders was haughty, and almost dismissive. We ordered 2 coffees and some chocolates. Brewed coffee was served immediately but she forgot the cream and sugar. Iced coffee took over 20 mins because 2 separate parties who ordered before us came back in to have their order corrected.

This place is located in the heart of downtown and while the ambiance is nice the staff was rude. Way overpriced for average product (seriously nothing special).

Blondie at the counter snarled at me when I walked up to place my order and was rudely (not politely) telling a patron in line to place his mask over his nose.

I spent an entire week in the area and never gave it a second chance, your mileage may vary.

Amazing coffee (truly, and we are from the Portland area, so we know good coffee) and fritters, delicious breakfast bagels, a fun, funky atmosphere and delightful customer service from the owner and her employees. We will be return customers if we ever float through Eureka again!

One of my favorite places in Old Town! Great people, good music. Relaxing area. To me, it's the most feel good coffee house in Eureka. They do have open mic night for acoustic guitar. When it's Arts Alive they have a live band which is a lot of fun. Always had a great warm experience being the coffee house. A must if you are just taking a visit to Eureka. This should be one of your first stops.

This place has never been great but since new owners took over this place sucks. Don’t go there, bad coffee, bad service, and bad owners who don’t know how to park in an alley

Delicious pastries and the espresso drinks are perfectly made. So many options for flavors too. Donuts mmmmm!

Really comfortable and varied seating options available for all folks. Didn’t get to use the bathroom, but seemed like a single stall kinda place.

This place is super cute & looks like it belongs in an upscale beachside community. The service was great & the coffee drinks were delicious as was our breakfast on the go! Highly recommend!

This is my favorite coffee shop! The workers are sooo nice and the food and drinks are heavenly. The atmosphere is calm and warming, providing a great place to study or relax. And the old town building its located in is enchanting! :)

This is a very nice place. It has a pleasant ambiance. The staff is friendly and efficient. The coffee smells wonderful. They also have hot chocolate, juice, Italian sodas, croissants, donuts, and chocolate in many forms. They have Wi-Fi, but only for 30 minutes at a time. Other than that restriction it is an excellent place to hang out, meet people, and enjoy the day.

Always on the prowl for a good chai. This place makes a Chai Avalanche (ice cream and chai) that is it of this world! Wife got the Chicken Wrap. Excellent! I got the Grilled Cheese, and made sure I got the cheese that stuck to the wrapper! So this is at the top of my "Eka stops" places!
