Peet's Coffee

Staff here at this Peet’s Coffee polite, friendly and, fast. This is the second time I’ve ever been to Pete’s coffee. I prefer Peet’s over Starbucks any day every day. High quality coffee and breakfast in a variety of styles. On my next visit I am going to try the chicken and waffle sandwich, it looks delicious.

I love this location. I'm there alot. I use for my down time to relax dealing with cancer and depression. And writing my book. Everyone there is so nice and chill. I love the comfy chairs in the back.

Boo! apparently this location does not accept cash, ordered 4 drinks and wouldn't take a $50 dollar bill. That's ridiculous, never had this happen at other Peet's. Love Peet's Coffee too.

I've been visiting this specific Peet's location daily for the last 18-24 months. The people that work here have become like family. They are absolutely a delight, always smiling, always welcoming and they make you feel at home.

Excellent coffee and incredibly warm baristas! With my purchase of beans for home brewing, I received a free cup of their limited-edition Ethiopian Super Natural (it was excellent). My personal favorite coffee from Peet's is the Arabian Mocha Sanani, although their Kenya Auction Lot is a close second. I heartily recommend the Sanani, Kenya, and/or an Ethiopian type if you love fine dark roast coffees.

Typically been a really good experience. My last visit gave me one coffee that I literally could not drink for almost 20-30 minutes it was so HOT. The other one was drinkable at the moment I bought it. I was bummed.

The staff are friendly, but with 4 people working in the early morning, they seem to be focused more with filling online orders. I walked in around 8:15am, ordered food and a Cappuccino and waited for 15 minutes for the drink to be finished. There were only about 5 walk-ins during the entire time, and multiple people picking up their online orders at the side table. My food was cold by the time I received my drink, and it was not that great...more like a Latte. It seems to me that this is now an online business, and if you walk in, then you're going to be served second in the order of precedence. I have no complaints about the staff's friendliness, but with 4 people working 1 should be on the register and three should be in production mode.

Their Matcha stuff is amazing. Even though in one order I got a brownie instead of a croissant, It was still a good order :) Definitely recommend

Generally great service. This particular visit, there were many people working (at least 5), but there was only one person making drinks. Don't think this is normal practice. A lot of customers waiting for drinks. My beverage came out wrong, but I didn't want to have to wait for another drink. I was in the store for a total of 25 mins (ordering and waiting for beverage).

I've been buying their beans for 5 years for my breville espresso maker, but lately I can't get them to sell me anything that isn't stale. It's been a problem for over 2 months. Customer service sent me a pound of beans they say was 2 days after roast date, but the same thing happened, no crema couldn't regulate The Brew extraction time, flat bitter flavor
