I always used to go here and get the same thing which was a vanilla bean frappe, that was like ice cream but now they just give me coffee with whipped cream on top when I ask for it.

Baristas do not know the drinks that I orderes even though I repeated multiple times... although the request was quite literally "on ice" they gave me a hot drink instead
