Philz Coffee

Philz Coffee is currently my favorite coffee shop. They make the coffee fresh and made to order. Each cup is made on the spot. Depending on the coffee shop you go to that could be a long way to get your coffee especially because they make each fresh. Plan ahead.

I love their coffee and their service was excellent as well. The atmosphere is very friendly and chill. It's a good spot to just hang out and meet friends

There is a barista with a cubic zirconia stud earring on the left lobe - every time he makes drinks it causes a stomach ache. It could be that he discriminates male customers, he seems very friendly with other females. I noticed one time a customer in front of me had to use the name Tina to order a drink (a customer who is an apparent Asian male customer); this is ridiculous when Philz mission statement says they don't discriminate.

This review is largely influenced by the exceptional customer service we received from our barista, Bri. We erroneously ordered something else online. We mentioned this to Bri and Bri corrected the order for us despite the fact that Bri already started brewing our coffee. We truly appreciate the focus on customer service and the fact that each cup of coffee is brewed to order. The company also emphasizes sustainability and ethical sourcing, which is important to us and to many coffee drinkers.

Enjoyed the location although seating was full. Took a few moments to get assistance, but overall a good experience.

I really recommend this place for delicious coffe specially Jacob coffee, and special thanks for this gentleman I don’t know his name but his service and welcoming is appreciated , his way in service is the way to make a permanent customer, thank you , sorry for the pictures but I don’t know his name .Mr. Mrs Adam

First time to have coffee here, we stated that our first time here, Kim is so welcoming " she stated welcome to Philz Coffee" it is very important to acknowledge customers and Kim did that. Also the person at the counter I didn't get his name so attentive doing recap with our orders it's a wow. I highly recommend this place the whole staff are a professional of what they do. Thank you! You definitely made my day! Aww one thing the place is immaculate loved it.
