In this morning, I walked in for a cup of mint mojito before my next class start. The girl barista was so rude and unprofessional. My coffee cup was too full so I could not close it with the lid and some of the coffee spit around, I asked her could she pour out a little bit so I can close it with the lid. She fixed it and put in front of me, while I'm taking my drink she uses the tower that she using and made the coffee cup fall right in front of me. I was shocked and froze for a second then take my drink, walked straight out without any word to say !!!!

If you like being asked if you want cream and sugar according to the "brown paper bag test" then come here. I had a cashier say to me he likes to use "the brown paper bag test" when people are considering how much cream and sugar they want in their coffee. Don't know his name and won't say it here because perhaps he is a teenager who knows. Very immature and unecessary regardless. It's about the flavor not the color. As a person who is of african american descent I usually do not make it a habit to look for racism anywhere, but I do find it necessary to call out bs when I see it. Sad. As a brand that started in the mission district, it's annoying to hear those kinds of things.

I love all Philz, but this one gets 4 stars due to lack of power outlets. I often study at Philz because I love the ambiance. However, this one has one outlet for the entire store. All tables and one outlet. I often see people searching the walls. A lot of people come here to get work done. Why are there no more outlets?!?

Grabbed some Philteredsoul great blend, very friendly staff, eager to help and very knowledgeable in their products, even ground the beans I bought for me.

Angelina and Ellie are awesome!! They made my experience here 100/10 :)) They were so inviting and welcoming, and really made me feel at home.

Nice and Chill spot, the staff looked happy and friendly, the shop is spacious and clean, a quiet spot to drink your coffee and have a conversation with a friend

Love the mint mojito ice coffee!! Must try at least once. Ordering on line is the best. Just walk in and coffee is waiting!

So many coffee choices, very clean and friendly, yummy breakfast veggie burrito too!
