Dine n Dash Pub & Grill - Colfax

First time visiting this restaurant so I ordered the mushroom avocado bacon burger, burger was so bland no seasoning in the meat patty. The lower bun was soggy due to the sauce from the veggies and mushrooms sitting in the plate the fries actually weren’t to bad the hot crispy ones anyway. Now on to that Bloody Mary great taste a little on the spicy side more pepper than needed. Gave this place a shot probably won’t be coming back

I have been wanting to stop and eat here for a while now and had finally had the chance. My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast! Service was great plenty of food. We will be putting this on our breakfast list of where to go. We live in Auburn and driving to get here is not a problem! Right off of 80.

Maybe it was because it was a Monday night, maybe it was because they are under-staffed. The experience here was one more of the worst I’ve ever had, even for a “pub”. Waitress never introduced herself but she was a heavier set woman with dark red curly hair. Me, my wife and 2 young daughters sat down at 5:45PM. We ordered our food at 6:15 and received the food at 6:50. Our waitress came by a total of 4 times and at some point around 6:30 she said our food would be out shortly. No issue there. But when 20 more minutes passes and no transparency is communicated it becomes frustrating as a customer. We asked for the check when we got the food because our girls were getting cranky. She didn’t ring us up right away and proceeded to clean tables and walk in the back many times before returning with the card reader. None of this would have bothered me as much had the bill not been $80. The food is mediocre at best, and the experience made it much worse. Sad because we are local and we’re very excited to try this place out. We won’t be returning.

This place makes a KILLER breakfast. Me and the girls stopped in and tried 3 different menu items, all were so good we asked the waitress to thank the cook for each individually. The biscuits are home made and the girls both said they are delicious. They have heavy cream for coffee and the cook makes a hot sauce you might like! The meat lovers breakfast omelet was mine and I loved it. Highly recommended!

UPDATED:
We went back for breakfast today, and they're killing it. It was a packed house, but the service was speedy and the food delicious. We sat at the counter where we could watch four people busting their butts in the kitchen, a fifth person checking every order before it went out, and five or six servers all working seamlessly together. Oh! And I had the Mexican Benedict. Chili Verde Eggs Benedict. Delicious!

ORIGINAL: We have been told on several occasions to check this place out. So we finally did, and we were very pleased. It's a pretty standard menu, but everything we ordered was well executed. We went for late breakfast, so some of us actually had lunch. Burger, breakfast burrito, pancakes, it was all good, and all substantial plates. No one left hungry.

My Carnitas breakfast burrito was super good, they also serve it with chorizo if you prefer that. Many menu options.

Great Prime Rib and great atmosphere. Our server was very nice and did everything right. Also ran into an old friend I haven't seen in a quarter century. He lives in Colfax and eats there every day. I will definitely go back.

Awesome food! Fresh and full of flavor, good portions. Usually busy, but quick seating. Got mine To-Go in 15-20 minutes, one of the ever changing specials. I'm sure I could have called ahead
Took a star off for limited parking and rough pavement, but has rear lot. For RVs, there is a Chevy dealer next door with some room.
Polite, attentive staff. Did I mention the awesome food?.... Most people spend under an hour here.

We got here a 1/2 hour before they closed. They asked if it was to go and I said no and they then said that the kitchen was closed! Horrible horrible service. Really a shame when restaurants aren't open to the time that they are stated they are open. As we left she followed me out locked the door and turn the lights off.
