Went to this location at a fairly busy time. They had 2 employees outside taking orders. Some time passes, and the line doesn’t move. We start to wonder what’s wrong because there’s 6 cars in front of us, and we haven’t moved yet. A little bit longer, and still nothing. Then, their baristas start bringing out the drinks to each car. Apparently they had a new trainee that had to remake a drink, so it was causing a pause. The whole line of cars (probably 9-10) hair their drinks, and were ushered out. Wonderful customer service. They did a great job!

Love this place more than any other coffee shop. Sugar free options are great I always get a carburetor, sugar free tuxedo style with domino shots adding another shot of white coffee and coconut milk. A little pricey for a coffee drink but so worth it to me. For a quick pick me up I order a lightly sweet dark chocolate domino dub shot with a splash of coconut milk, yum.

This is the worst location of Dutch Bros. Bad customer service, which is in great need of training. When you are asked to leave because you were following the traffic signs (stop signs) in sequence order to get into a two lane drive through, you are somehow cutting in line. I won't be going to this location anytime soon.

The staff is very friendly and nice. They can't seem to get my order correct. More then half the time it's wrong. My daughter had the same experience. I ask for hot and I get cold sugar cookie latte. I ask for sugar free as possible and I got black coffee. I asked for sugar cookie latte and got a mocha whatever that was so sweet I couldn't drink it. Last time I came back to have my order corrected had to wait for my coffee until everyone else got theirs. If you make a mistake, your coffee should be remade first! I had already waited in line for 20 minutes and then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix my drink. I think I may end up driving to the Palm and Herndon location even though the Fowler and Herndon location is much closer.

Great bunch of kids who work here unfortunately this side of Clovis is becoming ghetto. The customers have no manners, patience, and cut in line. Which is the reason for the 1 star rating. Therefore I will be taking my business back to Starbucks!

First time here and had no idea what to order, the lovely woman walking around taking orders recommended the best drink ever. The young man at the drive through window was soo sweet and very friendly. I will for sure be back here.

Absolutely terrible location. I waited 40 minutes in line for no reason. Cars were spending an average of 5 minutes at the window because they are so unorganized. There was a table full of drinks and the person at the window had to find the right ones. It was unacceptable. Very unprofessional staff. Most of the baristas are very rude and short with you. Most of the female staff was wearing extremely short shorts. You are at work- not a party. They need to up their standards. I don't want to be around that. Too many food safety violations for my liking. I won't be going back.

The first time I visited this location I had a positive attitude towards this new location, employees were helpful and kind. However, I visited this location again this evening and now might not be back. I pulled up through the drive through on the side where all the cars had been lined up (two lane into one lane drive thru). We were the next car in line, the employee looked directly at us. When the employee was finished with the person in front of us, they looked at us again and then proceeded to go to the vehicle that pulled up about a couple minutes after us. Fine, maybe it was a mistake, understandable, continued to wait until our turn again. However, after the employee finished with the vehicle that pulled in after us, she looked straight at us again and then another car that just pulled up...the employee then went to that car instead. At that point, we left. How long would I have had to wait for my drink if other cars continued to show up?
