Dutch Bros Coffee

Update: They do have walk up now, very friendly service and great coffee as usual. Back to 5 stars.

It's a shame this location, and probably all of them, don't allow walk up service anymore; despite having a window for it. It's likely due to Covid I'm sure, despite being outdoors, distanced, masked, etc.

I work nearby and take walks on my breaks. I would love to just walk up and get a cup, vs making a special trip in the car just for coffee. I'll stick to my break room coffee till then.

Like all Dutch Bros, they're friendly and the coffee is good. So looking forward to coming here more than the one time. Until then, it's the Starbucks inside Vons for me.

This Dutch Bros has 2 lines that merge into 1 drive through line but you might get your drink ahead of the line which is great but you still have to wait for the line in front of you to clear in order to leave.

Their overflow drive line was not well planned out in the morning, and the dude taking orders almost made us go back in the back of the line, but we were getting line before the “overflow line” started to fill up. Least the girl who took our order explained, and let us go through unlike her coworker who just rude and he purposely not taking our order. Block that area already once you know it’s almost your busy time- food industry knowledge.

I have been consistently going to Dutch Bros since 2016 and I gladly tip every single time because I love the drinks and the service. Tonight unfortunately i did not even get to enjoy a drink. The taller employee with long hair who appeared and sounded like a male decided he wasn’t going to take my order. He proceeded to let two cars pull up after me and took their orders promptly effectively putting me behind cars that arrived far after me. When I asked him why he did this he flipped me off and told me he didn’t care. Luckily there are dutch bros all over town, so just hit a different one. However, super disappointed to be treated that way thoughi. I have worked in the service industry myself and I would never ignore a customer like that unprovoked.

It’s nice to finally have a Dutch Bros in CLOVIS! I have been through the drive thru several time and the line moves at a good speed. It’s Dutch Bros...no need to say anything else.

Drive through is a bit of a weird setup because it cross the intersection (which isn't their fault just whomever designed the parking lot), but I usually don't have a problem. You can usually just walk up and order if the lines are long or whatnot. Drinks have been always right and can't really complain.

For all the people leaving one stars you really don't understand how the line works or how to use your brain right. You don't stop and wait at a stop sign to go into line you ho down the side towards the trash cans like everyone else. All the staff is really friendly and over 7 years of multiple locations I have only had 1 problem which was resolved with management so one of the best coffee companies eho actually makes drinks right unlike dutch bros. Also the baristas sometimes make my drink ahead of time because im super friendly to them and always here everyday. Definitely one of the better locations over the one by blackbeards

See what makes good coffee is service here if you come be prepared for slow service and not so good response , néw location but service. It as good as other place plus plus somehow they don’t use proper potential

Dutch Bros is the only coffee I drink. I love how flavorful it is without having to add a million different things to it. The lines are crazzzzzzy, but it’s because their drinks are so good!

My favorite thing about Dutch Bros though, is the customer service. They have the absolute sweetest, most down to earth, and genuine people working for them. You can tell they really love their jobs. Unlike some others popular coffee destinations, the baristas always have a smile on their face, they chat with you like they’ve know you their whole lives, super nice. That’s why I’ll wait in those lines. It’s not just good quality drinks, it’s the whole experience. My friends who don’t have one near them, go every single day, sometimes more than once a day, when they come and visit. Highly recommend!!

Poor service from drive through staff. I got in line and I was blocking the intersection. My fault so I was told to back up which I did instantly. Then I sat and watched 2 other cars pull up behind me. One of the girls pulled from those two cars then told the other gal to take the second car before me. I was in line well before both these cars. So I waited yet again till they pulled a new 3rd car over me. No explanation or anything.
