Dutch Bros Coffee

Friendly upbeat workers! Drinks taste great. They have brought my drink out to me while still in line plenty of times now which was super awesome and much appreciated. They are open 24 hours too!!!

Customer Service was ok, my drinks order was messed up and didn't taste good. No life in the employees pretty boring. The location I go to normally is amazing full life and Customer Service.

This was my first and last time at Dutch Bros. First, they have a person take your order, which is ok, but when you're done they show you the options to leave a tip. So you actually have to tell a person that no, you don't want to give them a tip for a job that took less than a minute. I think this is in very poor taste, and uncomfortable for the patrons.Second, the coffee was not good enough to justify the cost (or the tip). I got a frozen drink and it was overly sweet and did not taste like it even had coffee in it. I would much prefer to give my business to an independent coffee shop. I hate Starbucks commercialism and high prices, but at least their coffee tastes like coffe.

I was visiting family a year ago In Oregon. We saw the new pumpkin spice Is creme brulee drinks at a Dutch brothers and tried them. They were amazing now I'm back here in California and and I ordered the pumpkin spice creme brulee here and it's terrible!!! It's like that didn't even try to make it good. I had to go back and return them because they were that bad

Hygiene concerns. After going to Dutch Bros establishments thru out the Sacramento, Vacaville area I noticed no gloves were worn by employees when scooping out ice to reduce the risk of fecal contamination. Let's be real..not everyone washes their hands After using the bathroom. I think I will stay away until they put a glove policy in effect.

I was just at Dutchbros and this girl named haley She was super super nice to me she made my day thank u so much and tbh the whole staff member was all nice and chilling as well I loved all of them and just in case ur wondering who I am remember the girl that went crazy over the lighting and started to take pictures? I was her sister sitting in the passenger seat 😂😂😂 thank u so much for your service have a great day.

Love getting free coffee for my birthday. I go for coffee usually in the morning before work. So many excellent choices.

Great coffee, super friendly staff, well designed drive through. Right off the Antelope exit in the Raley’s parking lot (turn at the light @ Lichen Dr).
Easy to hit it and then hop back on I-80 in either direction!

If their employee/friend/co worker's family member is in line (just got dropped off to start shift) they'll skip you no matter how long you've been in line and take their order first because they are priority....
