Dutch Bros Coffee

If you go on foot to this place expect an extremely long wait. I understand you guys are mostly a drive-thru coffee place but why have a walk up window if your main focus is the drive-thru customers? I walked up to the window because I drive a big commercial vehicle. I ordered just a regular coffee with sugar and cream and waited more than 15 minutes to get my drink while the car line was flowing right along. There were about 6 other walk up customer and most of them seemed frustrated and restless from the long wait. Just seems like their main focus is the drive thru customers and the hell with the walk up customers.

Love all the staff here. This is our favorite coffee place. Would recommend to everyone. Very fast and personal service. They all need raises! Ty all.

This is my favorite Dutch Bros ever. The staff is always fast and friendly. Dom is my absolute favorite broista ever!! He always remembers me, my daughter and our dog. There are a few others I'd love to recognize but I'd have to go back and get their names (I'm horrible with names).

This was my first time going to Dutch Bros as my children absolutely love this place and I have to agree I really did enjoy it there and the young man that helped me and took my order was beyond personable and informative

They're always crazy busy but always crazy fast and accurate and amazing customer service

Everyone is always so nice. I had a cut in my cup and they refunded me right away. Wish we had a Dutch bros in west sacramento. Please open a place in west sacramento you will do great in business.

The coffee seems watered down. Not much of a coffee flavor. Even with an extra shot. Not impressed.

Best Dutch in the area. They know how to make blended drinks very well. The rest of the locations you might be disappointed with watery melted ice.

Absolutely amazing, super friendly staff, I was a new customer and the lady who was taking my order in the drive-through recommended the best drink I've ever had! 10 out of 10 would recommend
