It is my once a week (twice if a rough week) treat. The staff is always delightful and friendly. It's pretty speedy as a drive through coffee place.

Delicious coffee, friendly employees and they had treats for my dogs!

The place is great, but the App is not used friendly. Verrrry hard to see your balance!

I don’t really do this but today they caught me on a bad time. First I noticed them asking somebody if he was a father I guess due to father’s day but they only asked base on their judgment not everybody which is not okay! They should ask everyone. I also ask politely to the first lady if they have smoothies because I didn’t wanted to drink anything with coffee so they said yes. I order an strawberry smoothie then second lady charged me and a third lady delivered the smoothie. As soon as I saw one of your coffee beans “things” that you offered I guess to everybody I waved and ask another lady to please take it off because I don’t have a trash can in my car and I didn’t wanted to throw it in the floor and noticed attitude on her facial expression! Said thank you and she just gave me a weird smile and close the window on me. I was never rude to any of them to deserve this type of treatment of someone who is supposed to be working there for customer service and satisfaction! I felt really unwelcome.

This spot has the best service in town in my experience. I got overcharged once and emailed their customer service and they made it right very quickly with no hassle. I get my cold brew black and have never had anything but good flavor. I don't like that other people are leaving comments about flavor, because different roasts have different flavor and appeal to different people's tastes. It could be the staff is doing everything right, but the people complaining simply don't taste for a particular blend. Anyhow; this place is great.

The coffee is smooth and delicious, plus you get a little chocolate covered coffee bean with every drink. I feel like the menu is a little confusing at first, it will take some getting use to. The staff is friendly and the wait time decent. I wish they had some kind of port over the drive thru because the sun was beaming down on my face as I ordered my coffee and waited for it. The sign in front of the window doesn't help because you can't really see it and the sun just reflects off of it. Overall I enjoyed my coffee and will definitely be back.

The service and drinks were great! The line moved quickly. The drinks were delicious and served in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and are highly proficient at their jobs. For a brand new business they are doing amazing! We will definitely be back.

This place of business does not even deserve the single star I have given them! This is by far the worst coffee I have ever had in my entire life!!! I would not be surprised if I looked into the stand and saw literal toddlers making the coffee. The owner of this establishment clearly has no idea what he is doing, serving coffee this bad should be a safety hazard! It actually tastes like it has been made with rat poison! I would not even recommend this coffee stand to my worst enemy!

I enjoyed the friendly service when I went there, the waiting time was terrific, and the drink was good. The only thing that needs improvement is making sure they give you the correct drink because I ordered an irish cream breve and on the reciept it said it was a granita. Now I don't know if what I got was a granita or a breve since it was my first time there and it was still a delicious drink, but I wanted to let you know about it so it doesnt happen again. I hope in my next visit I will get the right order.

Update:still bad.
I gave two stars for the super amazing staff. Which is something we sorely lack in Chico.... However, I could not give anymore than that due to the coffee being atrocious, which at the end of the day is what I'm paying for... I totally understand they are super new- so I debated leaving this review. But I'm hoping that they see it and it maybe helps them change what they are doing. I've also heard this from multiple people- so it isn't just me.
The coffee is SO watered down. And you cannot taste the flavors. I have gotten 3 different things and tasted my husband's mocha and they ALL had the same issue. It tastes like watered down milk. I dont hate it. Because I love drinking coffee and would go there in a desperate pinch. But it just does not taste good. I want so bad to love it, as it has been my dream to live right next to a coffee house, and now that it has finally come true it is such a disappointment it has been so bad. So, I'm leaving this review in serious hope's that maybe it just gives them ideas on how to change and make things better. I'm so glad you guys are here, you have excellent customer service and I taste potential for sure... hoping once it has been around longer, and with more practice it will get better. And i can take this down with a five star review.
