From time to time 2 elderly men sit and the benches in front of the store and tell people to leave make racist remarks tell people they'll have them arrested just recently they had told racist African American jokes in the presence of two African American people I wish the management would do something about this until then I will avoid that. Peets location. The sad thing is they're going to say something to the wrong person and something bad will happen and innocent people will be hurt in the process I hope this is read by someone in management to take care of this in a timely fashion no one should be able to sit out in front of a public location like that and act like they own and or can make you mad without consequence it is just ridiculous

Great service and the line moves pretty fast. I missed out on my free first drink for using the app not realizing the expiration date and they comp’d my drink! Great customer service!

Typical well run Peet's. They have a few nice tables set outside now which are great for bicyclists. Clean restroom, free water.

Castro Valley location is a winner!! Its clean and there are lots of tables inside and a few tables outside. I had the hibiscus tea with lemonade and a ham sandwich. Both are delicious!!

Pizzas changed all of their pastries and they're not as good as the ones they used to have. They let a lot of Staff go and have hired new people. Service is slow now. The store is not as clean as it could be.
