Staff is always kind when I go in, regardless of how awake I am; my drink has always been correct; the only thing it's missing is a drive thru for ultimate convenience.

Came in at 6:30 am. Dirty tables. Internet was slow and wouldn’t connect and coffee was bitter. Left the coffee on the table and went straight to Starbucks.

Even though we have been regular customers from the neighborhood we have decided to no longer patronize this particular coffee bean...
Constant issues with quality of drinks, forgotten orders when we bring our travel cups. Order takers are great but some of the newer baristas have an attitude, and......the rest room is always a disaster area. We still do business with their other stores .

Always busy. Good amount of seating, but not all tables can reach an outlet. Uses a proprietary powder, not syrup, for most drinks. Good assortment of pastries, plus frozen yogurt.
Nice fire pit with outdoor seating. Decent WiFi (free). Only one unisex bathroom.

I’m from Northern California and this is my first time at a Coffee Bean . Vanessa was very helpful in making a great coffee recommendation (midnight mocha) which is fantastic. This location adheres to COVID-19 regulations and the priority of safety for public. While in the shop The GM Jen Giammichele handled a situation with a customer who was ranting and raving about corporate America. Jen conducted herself with dignity and respect. Jen tried numerous times to resolve whatever issue the woman had. The woman was abusive and condescending to Jen. Jen handled the issue like a champ. When I’m back in the area I will for sure come back to this location. Outstanding customer service and store management.

4.50 for "tea" (which was just hot water) - couldn't even taste the tea - I know that tea takes time to steep- so I didn't think anything when I was served after a party of 4 walked in - and was served their drinks - when my tea arrived their was hardly any flavor - I didn't think it was worth 4.50$ but that's just my opinion

Nice and calm area to bring your dog and drink a nice cup of coffee outside. Service is great but there's always a line. There's also tables inside if you want to study or do some work.

Its alright, I'm extremely bummed they discontinued the black forest blended coffee... This is what kept me coming to this chain for years! I can do coffee and espresso at home.. but the black forest was special. Coffee bean you lost my business now... Sad.

I went here over mother's day weekend bc my mom cancelled to see me. Which is irrelevant to my sentiments of this establishment. So I decided to finish a book I had been reading. I spent $30 buying drinks and food here bc I don't want to be a free loader. Today they called the sheriff on me for assuming I was interested in the barista. I am happily in a relationship and have a 14 year old daughter. In all honesty everyone should boycott this place. I did notice that the same baristas that called the sheriff bad mouthed an employee after she left her shift. It's not my fault they are not content with the job they manifested into their life. I spent one hour worth of my work at this location which will never again get my support. Starbucks it is from now on. First bad review for those that think I just rant all the time. Not the case.(wearing beanie, tattoo on left hand/ring finger/ dark skin)

Super cute coffee bean, always had nice experiences when I go. Coffee never disappoints especially their Holliday brews. Milk alternatives available which is helpful for those of us who don't do milk.
