The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Horrible customer service. I asked for the Wi-Fi password and the lady I asked was not only sarcastic with me yet mean. She laughed as if I should know better that they don’t have Wi-Fi. I’m new in town and no, I don’t know. Plus, what coffee place doesn’t have Wi-Fi? On top of that, I asked for a cup of water and I was charged $0.50

Not much to say about this coffee shop. It's a coffee shop. The employees are nice. It's a good area to come grab some coffee or tea, maybe a snack, and catch up with family or friends. Maybe even to catch up with colleagues or business partners. It's definitely not as crowded as Starbucks would be, and theirs enough seating for everyone (indoors & outdoors). The only downfall is that theirs only one large table in the shop, if your looking to go with a big group. Other than that, its a comfortable place to sit and relax at, and/or to get homework, business work, or any similar work done.

As always the coffee was awesome! Purchased a iced blended mocha and it was spot on. Service was great and everyone had a positive attitude and extremely friendly. Everyone likes what they like when it comes to their coffee, but Coffee Bean has always been my favorite.

Went in for a seasonal favorite, the Winter Dream Tea latte. I first tried this a few years ago and usually stop in a few times during the cold weather months to get one.

This Coffee Bean has to be one olf the worst one's I've gone to so far this year. I assumed the Oxnard was top in bad service but this one takes the cake. Customer service is horrible, they are the opposite of nice! Then they wonder why Starbucks of top choice! Plus it was impossible for me to connect to the free wifi 😒

Staff was nice and friendly, drinks were good 👍 👌 🙂.

The only thing that bugged us was the restroom. I walked in and there was no toilet paper and when I went back out to ask an employee to refill she said they have been out for quite a while. Why is the manager not going to VONS that is in the same parking lot to get more? The employee tried handing me their tiny little napkins. No thanks! Put a sign on the door "out of service"

no wifi, likeeee huh you guys are a coffee spot one of the points of attraction for coffee shops is WiFi available to utilize

When oh when will they fix their Wi-Fi? It seems to be like they purposefully do not want to fix it because I have brought up this issue to them previously!

Some of the nicest, helpful group of employees I have ever seen. Every single person at this location is extremely eager to help every customer that walked through their doors. I didn’t see one customer that was not greeted within 5 seconds, the attention to detail is awesome (notices other customers had difficult drink orders and they nailed it), and like I previously mentioned, it definitely felt like the employees that were on shift were all very eager to please. This is now my home Coffee Bean store. Keep it up☺️🖤
