Trendy place with modern food trends, like matcha green tea lattes, which I got. The food is nice, with many healthy choices, but the vibe isn't too comfy. There are books and a chess board, an attempt to look cozy, but it has a bit of a grab and go vibe instead. Has wifi for free.

Had the Thai tea latte with boba. The tea was VERY watery with little flavor. The boba was old and slimey.

Friendly service & live (but loud) music. Hot chocolate tasted strange. Latte was good. Had lots of strong smelling packaged teas for sale.

It's not ran very well, there hasn't been much thought put into things.. like getting sectioned plates that you can't cut your crepes on.. or trash cans that you can't fit said plates in.. it's also understaffed and slow

I’m not a coffee drinker, but had the Zoop and it was incredible. As an added bonus, customer service was incredible!

Despite what they advertise they said they are not serving any food. They looked bored to provide any service.

Went in on a weekday 9am run for some local my roasted beans and tea. No line, they only sell loose leaf tea but they have a great selection. Staff was friendly. They take NFC payments.

Nice and clean coffee & tea shop. I am mainly a green tea drinker and I was craving it. I was surprised by their large selection of teas. I decided to try their white apple. I was not disappointed.

If you are looking for a spot that has it all--tea, coffee, food and wi-fi, this is a great place to stop.
The Pirate's Bounty tea is my personal favorite but you'll find a wide variety of teas and accessories for brewing a good cup. They also use a proprietary brewing system if you want to have an amazing cup of tea right there.
The original location in Lake Arrowhead Village is also super. Our local Tea Exchange is near the entry of Big Bear Village, and is one of the best kept secrets in town.
Tell Ginny and Harvey I sent you!

Good tea & cheese cake.
