Waited a long long time for my 2 white chocolate mochas! And the worst part of this is that the coffee's were gross!! It was seriously like there was chunky pieces in it.....took 2 sips and threw them both out!!! Will never go back there again!!

Better than Starbucks! Great and quick service, usually no line on the weekdays, awesome & cheap breakfast sandwiches, tasty coffee, good smoothies, great sandwiches and comfy indoor as well as outdoor seating. There are people smoking outside once in awhile, but that is the only negative thing I can think of in my 3 or 4 years of coming here as a BIg Bear local. Perfect for a second breakfast after paddleboaring or wakeboard dawn patrol!

This place is overrated. If you're going a splurge for breakfast this is "not" the place. BURNED Crepe was served won't see it until you cut it and take a bite! They are good on hiding burn on the bottom and extra topping to hide. Just ruin our breakfast moods. Very poor food quality danish and cookies are old.

The guy behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. I was looking for a keto-friendly half caff drink and he made me a delicious drink! SO much better than any other keto coffee drink I have ever had! Yum!

Good food and drinks. However, I'd come here more often if the food service was more consistent(they close it down at random times before closing) and they don't offer call ahead ordering, so you often sit and wait 15-30 minutes waiting for your crepes to be made.

Waited an hour to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. We asked 30 min in she said oh someone took your sandwich 15 min later 1 sandwich was out. And was discusting not worth my money time or taste buds. 15 min later the second sandwich was out. All she said was sorry for the wait. If it wasnt for my partner i would have asked for full refund and spend my money else where.

Cute space, I'm a coffee drinker, so they had exactly what I wanted, but I was intrigued by the variety of teas they had. A whole wall of special blends, some with special purposes. I was tempted to grab the allergy relief...it's April in Big Bear and the pollen is thick!

I went in there today At 11:30 Ami was very disappointed because the girl behind the counter she was kind of thin tall she had kinda like Sandy blond hair that was kind of down to her shoulders anyway ask her to put some mocha in my and I ordered a Americana and she didn't do it he thought I said milk I make sure what I told her in I was very disappointed and a when I looked at her she looked dumbfounded in a civil case start with him but mocha in milk Is 2 different words but they both start with oems and I sit I'm sorry that I want back in to talk to I think she was more interesting on being on her phone Check in her messages I think that that's what happens they get distracted by what's going on instead of Pan attention to the customer it was a very bad experience from Monday in having my 1st cup coffee I've been there before because I stayed at the resort behind their in the city this was a good place this I stopped in their last night in everything was fine but this morning was terrible they have the wrong people in there they don't have people watching over him even messed up with the cup and had deported another one my coffee was lukewarm wasn't even really hot So that's my difficult have to think twice if I go back to big fellow Irwin after having a bad experience I guess it's hard for them to find good help because there's a lot of for help signs around the I guess are having a hard time keeping help finding good help like they say were customers we pay for staff and we want what we get and if you can't handle it you got the wrong people there so sooner or later businesses take a hit it's a shame how things it's got It's Hard to get good service now days
