I ordered a large mocha for my husband and a small mocha for me. Mine didn’t have mocha in it. I went back to tell them. They gave me some mocha syrup in a cup. So unprofessional. I should have gone to Starbucks down the street. A Barista at Starbucks would never do such a thing. He or she would make another one for me. Quality and customer service guaranteed at Starbucks. Period. Not Alfred. I am very disappointed with Alfred. Will not patronize them again and do not recommend it.

I not only love the cute vibe in here, but genuinely love the coffee. Before covid I used to go here early in the morning to get some work done (it's freezing though 😉). But they have an extra small coffee that is perfect for me and their matcha is delicious.

Im a fan of Alfreds. Ive been to several locations. This one is a cute, warm, cool music kind of spot. The coffee is amazing. I was kind of turned off by the staff. They were cold and robotic. Not friendly like at other locations. No eye contact. Weird. Parking is difficult. There’s a parking structure two blocks away. The area is busy and full of tourists.

One of the best coffee shops in Beverly Hills, made appropriately with the right amounts of coffee to milk! The only thing is the iced latte is a bit heavy on the milk - you can see the cup filled to the brim with milk and they toss a shot of espresso in. Tastes great though!

Quality food. Do note that the Avo bagel is quite spicy.

I used to love this place but since they did some renovations here it doesn’t really look that cozy anymore. And they don’t no longer have restroom :(
I don’t think I’ll be coming again, alas!
