Service was not good, would not let us wait inside when it was cold and rainy outside. They also refused to do a single shot coffee, which was slightly obnoxious of them. Coffee was aggressively mediocre and kind of tasted like sediment. Would not go back.

Their affogato and orange blossom are the best! Love the taste and the ambience.

I’ve spent the last 2-3 years walking by this place and never coming in. One morning, on my day off from work I decided to come by for coffee and do some homework. They finally have indoor seating for vaccinated individuals. I’m one to spend a few hours at a coffee shop doing homework or writing in my journal.

Their coffee is very good, simple and no frills which I love. I had their pumpkin latte the first time and it was perfect for me, hints of pumpkin but not overly sweet. Their waffle and almond croissant are quite yummy as well! I’m making my way through their pastry menu but I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.

The owner (or who I assume is the owner) is this very sweet woman who definitely knows her regulars. (At first I thought she was Korean but I heard her speaking Mandarin today so oops!) I enjoyed observing those interactions and made the place even more charming then it already is with its storybook aesthetics. I hope I become “regulars” status soon lol.

If you want a place to enjoy some good coffee on a Sunday (or any day) morning, I recommend a try here at least once. So worth it and you get to see cute dogs if you stay long enough!

Tips: the bar seating by the window is the best spot, but I might be sitting there in the mornings (sorry not sorry) and there aren’t a plethora of outlets that I noticed so if you’ve come to do work, fair warning.

Wifi is not super strong, but there are lots of tables to sit and read at, or chat with friends. And great location!

Great coffee and very friendly staff! I wanted to buy some beans and they explained what the flavor profiles were of each kind available. I'm not always in the mood for a fancy coffee but I must say the orange blossom latte and the "fluffy" were both soo good! I loved the orange flavor and it didn't feel too sweet to me.

Adorable location with extremely friendly staff that go above and beyond! The matcha latte I ordered was also well made and the pastries were yummy.

We just moved to south berkeley but are already missing this place. My most favorite coffee shop in the country! Great service (plus doggie treats!), very outstanding coffee (cold brew, latte and waffles were my go to), very consistent, and a great place to spend an afternoon outside studying. Christine and Peter are so caring and talented and it really comes through to the customer. Will miss being a regular here. :(

We live right down the street from this coffee shop and go about once a week. Highly recommend the iced orange blossom oatmilk latte.
The staff are so friendly and helpful :) We love this place a lot and whenever we have someone visiting we always take them here. Super cute space too!

Really friendly service and tasty coffee. The orange blossom latte was not too sweet, creamy, with light orange flavor. Reminds you of an adult version of a chocolate orange - I'd get this every day if possible. Chai latte was good, mellow. I wouldn't have minded a bit more punch but the husband really enjoyed it. Straightforward, small menu that's well executed and fairly priced.
