Prices are at the high end there, you can't hear the attendant to place an order, it's next to the freeway, keep repeating the order, because she can't hear, very frustrating. Coffee is alright, wished I had went to Duncan Donuts š© instead, not worth the money!!

Donāt come here. Never coming back. My sister ordered a vanilla latte and 90% of the cup WAS ICE!!! It was her first time coming here. THIS RECIPE IS DUMB. We went to go complain and all we got was āthis is the recipeā yāall better fix your recipe. When we went to go ask a worker someone named Jade was speechless, me too when I saw the AMOUNT OF ICE. MY SISTER TOOK TWO SIPS AND IT WAS DONE WITH. SHE PAID $5 FOR TWO SIPS OF COFFEE. This is ridiculous and customer service will definitely hear from us. Iām completely disappointed because the coffee tasted amazing. We didnāt even get another coffee or a refund. I hope something gets fixed here.

I used to be a Starbucks customer until I tried Coffee Bean. Ill travel the extra miles to get my favorite ice blend. I just wish there was also one in El Monte but thats fine. Quick drive thru serive for my guilty pleasure :) Love this place!

Went to the drive through was asked to wear a mask at the window. So I put on what I had a bandana covering my nose and mouth and they refused me service because the manager felt it was not and āappropriateā Or ālegalā mask ?? At no time did they explain to me that I needed a specific grade or type of āmaskā they just said no we wonāt serve you and closed the window. This has to be illegal besides all the controversy behind face coverings and businesses I was WEARING ONE ! I will never go back there. Iām actually putting feelers out to see if I have any legal recourse.

The experience today at this spot was very disappointing, because the barista was unfocused in take my order, we had to place the order for 3 times, and after that we had to wait for a long time for our order. But we were happy after the long time waiting, tasting our delicious beverages.

Great new location but the employees are snobby and not very friendly.. to me im naturally friendly to everyone i meet..when i went in there with a nice and bubbly attitude it seemed as if my good mood was not welcomed and the girls working there seemed very snobby and moody . Im very dissapointed ,you would think a new location they would hire some nice people so they can attract buisness. But honestly i dont want to go back regardless if the place is new or not.You want your customers to feel welcomed no matter what..if you dont have a friendly attitude please do not work with people..
