Went there for breakfast. Our Cappuccino and hot Mocha Latte were good, that's why I give two stars instead of one. All our food was pre-packed (lots of plastic packaging), stale, overpriced and mediocre, at most. Maybe it's fine if you go to the drive-in, but not for a cozy breakfast at the restaurant.

Was Dashing and picking up orders here and the staff was totally rude and unprofessional especially some guy that felt the needed to assert his male dominance to a customer by ignoring him and me for no reason after I was patient with them but instead proceeded to look at me and at his staff and laughed like if it was funny. Can't imagine this location improving in any near future at this rate.

I placed an order through the mobile application for pickup. Upon arriving at the location I noticed signage at the door that it was drive thru pickup only.
The issue was that my work truck does not fit in the drive thru, it is too long and cannot make the turns.
I was unable to contact the store, I tried calling to ask to cancel my order but they just refused to pick up the phone. I tried emailing customer service and got a generic response.
I was not informed that the it was drive thru only when I PLACED the order on the application. I only found that out when I got to the store. I had absolutely no recourse and can’t even talk to anybody about it. It’s $12 so it’s not the biggest deal just that you expect better customer service from what I thought was a great company

I like the tea here and the blended drinks
However, I do not like being reminded in the drive thru window to wear my mask
I respect ur health as I respect mine. Starbucks never needs to "remind" me to cover my face. Other than that the staff can sometimes be ok. Not always as friendly as I would like especially if I am paying 6 dollars for coffee. But good location and fast service.

Love this coffee bean, such great customer service. Highly recommend their cheddar jalenpeno bagel delicious, and mocha frap.
