Excellent food, drinks, atmosphere, and service. Nothing to complain about. We would dine here again if in the area.

Love the environment, food did not disappoint, service 5 stars, espresso cinnamon honey latte was perfect. Love this place!

This place is AMAZING. Reasonably priced, great vibe, beautiful interior, awesome service.... and the food. Omg. You have to try one of their milkshakes. So so good. I got the spring salad with the candied walnuts and seasonal fruit. I'm craving it just thinking about it. And their zucchini fries, YES, GOD, YES.

This place is a serious homerun and easily one of the most important and relevant restaurants in Bakersfield. the quality of the food is outstanding. The staff are genuinely great, the location is legendary and the touches they've added are perfect. I could not recommended this place enough.

Everything was sooo yummy! The tomato soup and zuchini fries were so good and the burger was even better!!! Would definetly recommend, only downside is the waiting time to get in (waited 1hr) but...worth it!

Delicious, fresh, & fun! Fabulous crunchy fries. Great vegetarian options. Yummiest desserts!

The food and service were excellent.
We had the Pastrami and Bako Burgers and both were delicious.
Cocktails were also on point, specially the Tiki Tiki Tembo and the Pamplemousse Gin Sour.
Highly recommend this place if you are in the downtown area.
There is also an SEMAConnect EV Charger close by in the Kern Community College which was very slow

A very nice little restaurant situated in a 19th century bank building in downtown Bakersfield. The high ceiling, open brick interior looks cool. I've had the pastrami burger both times I've been and it is excellent. Their fries are awesome and the side is huge. Definitely enough for two people.
I don't eat salad but the wife, kids and friends say they're great as well. They have regular and specialty milk shakes that are also great.
They have a bar where you can sit and and eat but I've not had a drink while there so I can't vouch for that part.
The service is prompt and the staff very friendly. It's a little pricey, but what isn't these days! We'll be back!

Food was great drinks were really cool. Only complaint is that they need to train staff on pre bussing and just bussing in general. I had to put our finished plates on the table behind us with no one there and 20 minutes later our plates and theirs are still sitting behind me
