What an absolutely wonderful find here in town! Recently opened coffee place that is now my new ‘go to’. The high open ceilings and large spaciousness is so inviting plus the friendly service, yummy coffee selections and delectable food offerings are what will make me come back and bring my friends.

Best new coffee shop in town! Great atmosphere! Great coffee. But you MUST try the Artisan "Toasties"!! My favorites are the Avacado and Capriesw Toasties!! 😋

Awesome experience, great coffee! The food was delicious and great presentation. Great place to sit and work, read or have your kids color while you take a moment! Will visit every time we are on the central coast. Highly recommend.

Really nice coffee, delicious inventive food options, and house made pastries. It's everything you could want from a cute local cafe.

This is my new go-to spot! You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in, and are helped by a very friendly staff! I got an iced chai with Macadamia milk(which is amazing and I never see it offered elsewhere) and it was hands down the best chai I have ever had. It tastes like candy and I’m having a hard time not drinking it all in one sitting! I also got the almond berry toastie which had seasonal golden raspberries on it which I found to be very fun. It tasted delicious as well. 100/10 definitely recommend.

New favorite coffee spot for us AG locals. Emily the owner is swell and the staff is just as helpful. We always go with the lavender latte and the toastie. The atmosphere is the amazing you can bring a group of 8 and take a table it’s great.

Menu a bit on the sweet side. No real lunch options but great coffee. Milk alternative is macadamia milk.

While there are many coffee places on Grand Avenue in the Arroyo Grande/Grover Beach area, a new place, Greenhouse coffee stands out. I've been twice now and have enjoyed the vibe and the menu!
While I did not try the "toasties" (have to come back again), I saw them being made and appreciate the creative options -- way beyond standard avocado toast and they were presented beautifully on the plate -- as I say, I have to come back!

Place is inviting, lots of light and space and has a bit of a global vibe. Seems like a good place to host a bookclub or small meeting.
