I will never go to Starbuck's again cause of how they treat their customers during the pandemic. I have one request for TG. I waited 32 minutes for a drink and no one even spoke to me. There were customers in and out. I ordered on "Joe" and it never said it was ready. Yet I find out it was made and put in the freezer. Whomever makes drinks needs to clear it or say it's ready please. Thank you for your delicious drinks. I will keep coming back unless the app continues to be a hold up.

I've always enjoyed this local coffee shop. The atmosphere is very good. They see much more personable than the big box starbucks.

Great little shop! We enjoyed both of our drinks and the atmosphere was really cool.

I love this quaint coffee shop. Very friendly associates. Lots of different types of beverages to choose from & the ambiance is very relaxing & cozy. THE SEATTLE FREEZE is a great drink to try if you like blended drinks.

Great drinks and a consistently friendly staff. A bit pricey. Call in orders you’ll have to wait for

I love going here. Their pepperoni and grilled cheese sandwich is amazing. They use real cheese!! Their bakery items are tasty/scrumptious. Their ambience reminds me of Kean coffee down in the OC. Their staff is nontraditional coffee workers. This means they are super sweet and polite, regardless of who you are. A typical coffeehouse calls your name and you run to get it. This house gets the customer service aspect. They bring it to you. It's the little things. They also have jalapeño cheese bread and bagels. Super yum. I will always pick that place first above Starbucks.

Very poor customer service. We waited for 30 minutes for a basic latté. We approached the counter after about 20 as several people behind us were getting served. The lady said we were next in line, and they continued to serve people who came in after us; hot drinks/cold drinks, it didn't matter. As out of towners it was obvious they were prioritizing their regular customers who they knew on a first name basis. It's disappointing because this place has potential, the coffee ended up being good and the people seemed warm and friendly, but we felt so disrespected by the time we walked out. So two recommendations: Don't stop here unless you're going to frequent often, and leave if there's more than two people in line.

I needed coffee brew boxes for memorial service. Everyone was helpful. When something went wrong with brew box they made it work with air pump containers. Coffee was great and service is exceptional. Thank you Grind House.

My favourite coffee shop. The baristas are so friendly, as well as the owners. There is not a bad drink in this place. The food is delicious. You won't regret stopping here for a bite to eat or a chai tea latte!
