We've always appreciated the Cafe, but we're loving it even more now that it's under new ownership! Everything is cleaner, faster, and fresher, and they source everything they can from the local farmers market. Their baker is awesome and baked goods are always 10/10.

My family and I loved this place. Great salads and baked goods. My son actually wanted a second grilled cheese because it was almost better than Grammy’s. They were very accommodating when I went through the menu asking questions about what was Weight Watchers friendly.

Found this place today while in need of a chocolate cookie and was not disappointed!!! The “colossal” is a gluten-free oatmeal chocolate chip with a drizzle of chocolate on top. So delicious and service was quick and friendly, I would definitely recommend it!

This is a cute little hippy dippy cafe. I ordered a plain latte with oatmilk and it was delicious. Very smooth. I own an independent coffee shop in another state so it takes a lot to impress me but Cafe on Broadway did just that.

The restaurant itself is cluttered and a little dirty. It's kinda of weird because the bathroom is right next to where the food appears to be baked. It is also very loud. The music is loud and the staff is extremely loud. Don't come here if you are looking for a quiet place to have coffee. The food itself was ok. I had a BLT and the bacon appears to be precooked. There was a dill sauce that was very good. The potato salad was good. All in all I will find somewhere else to have lunch if I come back.

Meh. It’s just ok in my opinion. Their coffee lattes taste too milky and their matcha lattes are inconsistent. The outside seating is a nice option, but the inside atmosphere feels cramped and is difficult for customers with strollers, wheelchairs, or young kids. It’s been a few years since I tried their meals. They used to be pretty tasty, but I don’t know if the menu is the same with the new owners.

Great gourmet coffee. Even better if you take time to enjoy it at one of their several covered outdoor tables. You get a great view because the cafe right on a corner of the town's revitalized historic downtown area. Better still, that restored downtown area was just listed as one of the top 10 in the nation, in a city that currently holds the #1 spot as the lowest per-capita crime rate in the state. It's a nice place to stop by.

Let me say, I have been coming to this coffee shop since I was a little girl. They have always been very kind, personable, and serve incredible coffee, tea, and treats.
This pandemic has been incredibly hard for my family as both my beau and I have medical conditions that make it near impossible for us to wear a mask. To top it off, this year we are having a quarentine baby w(complications) which also makes it hard for me to breathe, particularly in the last trimester (where I am right now).
I have appreciated Cafe on Broadway so much for providing a little normalcy in my life, as Marie and the young gentlemen who work there have always served me with the understanding that I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. I get a regular to go order on my way for my doctor every week.
Today I was in a lot of pain and tried to stop in for coffee. Out of the probably 15+ people in the small cafe only three were wearing masks - two female baristas and one gentleman who was looking at the menu. One lady at the counter I recognized and I know she already knows of my condition as I have stated it before and been served. Today I walk in and am immediately hounded by the barista I do not know, who keeps insisting I am not allowed inside without a mask even when I try to explain I cannot wear one and am protected by the law due to my medical condition. Realizing she was becoming aggravated, that the other barista I recognized was not going to help me, and out of respect for a cafe I love, I said if it truly bothered her I would leave.
It was not only an incredibly embarrassing experience as there is nothing I can do about my condition and the cafe was full, but I was also in physical pain already from my pregnancy complication. It was also incredibly sad to know Cafe on Broadway isn't honoring the law by recognizing those with medical conditions protected by HIPAA.

I soooo hoped this place would be great, but unfortunately we were very disappointed...ordered breakfast on a Sunday around 11:30, the outdoor an indoor vibe was cool, I was hoping for a unique and good experience. The service was not overwhelmingly friendly...received 2 of our 3 entrees, still didn't have our 2 drinks...drinks came and we asked about the missing food, they failed to order it...so then said they would make it. The bloody mary and the hot white Russian were terrible, severely overpoured, so much so that we couldn't even drink it. No one came by and asked how anything was, like ever...when they brought our missing food I asked for a glass of water, he brought one back to me a few minutes later..water, no ice...really the only thing going for them was the eclectic vibe, breakfast food was sub par...the seemingly fresh strawberry jam was the highlight. I hope they step up the food game and get someone trained to make a decent drink...best of luck!
