Cafe On Broadway

I just love this mom and Pa coffee shop. Me and my kids like to go and order a coffee and then go sit down and play board games it's just so relaxing

The food was great and the servers were as well. However the way in which things are organized and run (which is the responsibility of management) is not good. When we placed our order there was no number assigned to us nor was our name asked for. We realized this was an issue overall as we watched servers search tables to deliver the food and drinks. They would have to approach tables asking if the table ordered whatever meal/drink they were holding. A simple number system would improve this. This creates concern for the customer, as I wondered if our food would actually find us and I’m sure is frustrating for the waitstaff. I did have to flag down the server to get our food as he was looking everywhere and approaching tables both inside and outside. Also, I ordered a salad which was served in a paper bowl with paper inside (like one would get with fish and chips). The paper got wet from my salad dressing and disintegrated into my salad. I had to pick pieces of paper out of my salad. After we ate, we decided to order drinks. I noticed the cashier told another server that she was supposed to have been relieved awhile ago to leave. The server said he was supposed to have already left as well. I saw the cashier and server eventually get to leave but as the server left, a table outside asked him about their food as they had been waiting a long time (again due to organizational issues). He was kind enough to go back in and check on their food even though he was clocked out. He shouldn’t have to do that. So all in all, this could be a great place because the food is good but management needs to figure out a better system for numbering orders as well as improved food containers. The staff also deserves better treatment of being relieved on time and not having to work off the clock due to the overall disorganization. I will try again in the future to see if any of these issues are resolved.

Hey everyone! I came across this awesome coffee house. The warm & friendly staff were helpful, kind & compassionate. They have more to offer then just coffees & teas, lattes. They have scrumptious muffins and other breakfast items and items like panini. Not to mention comfortable seating areas that are a warm family atmosphere. Come as you are. God bless! Oh yes! They have a book shelf near the couch it's a free library but, it's pretty empty. I was able to find a great study bible for my neice! Thanks Cafe on Broadway!

Cafe on Broadway has such good coffee and good. They even serve adult drinks now too, which is super fun. If you're looking for a fresh salad or sandwich, this is the place to go. I also love that it's downtown and you can sit outside in the shade. The staff there is always friendly and welcoming too. My absolute FAVORITE thing they have are the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Scones - so delicious!! I really like how they have monthly specials for drinks too, they get very creative with them and they're usually pretty tasty! Love that they also just expanded again, makes it nice to have plenty of room to hang out now. Didn't have the for a little bit so that was a good move on their part!

Lovely baristas and infinite options. 😊 They've got espresso-based drinks, a wall full of loose leaf teas, a bar, Americana food, and an art gallery space. Indoor and outdoor seating are available, although the indoor space is quite small. They recommend a mask and provide those at the door. You can also purchase a meal or drink for someone else and leave it on a board by the cashier. Great place, and great people. ☺️

Awesome atmosphere and great sweets.

Such a cute place! My panini was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. The owners and staff were super friendly and inviting.
