The boba tea was so good! Customer service gets 10/10 for real. So friendly & hospitable. They had lots of options and the building is so cute!

Thai milk tea!
It’s just OK!
But their boba’s are really soft even after hours. Its bit sweet.
Too much of Ice, and bit pricey for the size.

The brown sugar milk tea boba was good but they use way too much ice. It made it very hard to get the tapioca. Pretty pricey for what you get.

Bubble and Bean is the best! Their drinks are always a delight. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Multiple cars in the drive thru this morning a little after 9am but no one was there. Hours online say you open at 7 so not sure what the problem was.

Update: I can assure you NO ONE was at work at 9:03 this morning. It was me and 2 other cars that sat and waited at the window before deciding to drive off. I looked in the window and it was empty and dark.
Sounds like you don’t know what’s going on with your business or care to figure out the problem so I guess I won’t be back. What a shame!

Amazing customer service! They have a lot of great selection to choose from. It’s a cute drive thru with energetic employees who are knowledgeable in their products. Definitely a go to place for your boba needs!

Friendly, fast and very competitive prices. Everything I've tried here is delicious. Only complaint I have is they don't have a location in Fayetteville!

The first time I tried Bubble and Bean my iced mocha was not very good. It tasted like coffee and milk. On my receipt, I was able to send them a message about it and they were happy to remake it for me the next time I came through. The second time it tasted great and they made sure it was how I liked it before I left! Sometimes mistakes happen when making drinks and they were happy to correct it. Great customer service!
