At Home

I really like the merchandise but found that quite a bit seems overpriced (in comparison to very similar items I've seen at other stores & online). They do have some unique items I haven't seen elsewhere so of course I purchased those. I may have missed quite a bit as their aisles are somewhat narrow so I found myself skipping aisles with other shoppers in them. I also saw others skip aisles I was in so I guess I'm not the only one. Overall, it was ok. I would probably go back, just not very frequently. Maybe just a couple of times a year.

I like this store. It is huge. Everything you could possibly need for your home, carpets, rugs, furniture, decor, throw cushions, bedding, outdoor solar lighting, pictures, kitchen, bathroom. Yes you could probably decorate your whole house here. Reasonably priced and a great selection of items.
If I had one complaint, it would be that in order to return an item, you have to stand in the same line with people who are checking out. Sometimes it is a long line. They really need a separate customer service/return desk.

It's okay. It's like an Ikea except mostly just for decor/home accessories. It was almost a place I didn't even try because the parking lot is always empty. But inside it's big, bright, and open normal business hours. They have fun seasonal holiday items and patio items - I didn't buy any, but they were fun to look through. Their furniture is limited to small sofas, side tables, and chairs - it reminds me of Ikea, again. The employees are nice, but it seems like you can't find an employee when you need one.

Staff is friendly and the selection is HUGE. Prices are cheap, so do not be expecting the best quality. I would say quality of good is on par with Target. This is a really nice place if you're decorating on a budget.

Some great chairs and selection of them, the prices are on par with other places. The blue chair was in the $150 range.... staff wasn't very helpful though. Will not get help unless you seek it out. often too many items on top shelf and nobody to help get it down. Be prepared to do some lifting.

I could spend several hours here, easily shopping for all things indoor or outdoor home decor. Basically, all the colors you could imagine to tie looks together. So many styles, modern, rustic, shabby-chic, beach house, farmhouse, Bohemian, Italian, Indian.... It has everything.😊

Found some clearance items but was charged full price. Cashier was not knowledgeable at all. When we were credited we were actually charged once more. We spent a good 30 minutes getting the reciept straight. Customers behind us were upset. Not going back. Not worth the hassle.

At Home always has ab excellent selection of home decor items, and I can usually find good deals on items. They stock from a very wide variety, and ate always ahead of the season. This is a valuable addition to Northwest Arkansas's retail retinue.

Lots of options but the store is in chaos. It’s impossible to find the rug you want as it is completely disorganized. Curtains are the same problem. Lots of items on display but none of those are in stock. The in stock items are completely different. There are so few employees in the store that you can’t get any help. Prices aren’t bad but at those prices it’s not worth the effort. They really need an online ordering option since it’s too hard to find what you want in the store.

So much to chose from! Great prices!
