I was introduced to this place the Christmas of 2018 by my sister.his year my neighbor and close friend asked me if I'd ever been to this place as we passed by 3 days ago. Today while running some other errands we had the opportunity and time to stop by as I wanted to shop for an area rug for a bedroom I'm remodeling. We were approached by a sales associate named DeShawn who took the time to explain how the rugs were displayed/ arranged and even took the time to help us find the after Christmas clearance items of 2019. he was a very helpful young professional who made the visit much more enjoyable. It's these kind of people that make you want to come back again and again.

My wife and I purchased over $1000 of patio furniture and the following week it went on sale for $130 less. I contacted At Home customer support and was told they do not offer price adjustments.

They did suggest that I could return the furniture and then repurchase at the reduced price.

To me this is just a price adjustment done the wrong way. It would be difficult since the furniture required assembly and returning would be ridiculous.

Update: 10/22. I visited the store and spoke with the manager, Vivian. She was most helpful and took care of the issue right then and there based on the receipt. She understood the policy but also knew it had to make sense. Based on this excellent customer service I am changing my 1 Star review to 5.

Great customer service lots of selection to choose from. I like it because most stuff is unique and different from wal mart and target. A bit more expensive though.

I stopped today to buy a colorful Christmas tree. My new tree is aqua. I also purchase a small pink Christmas tree. Their selection is similar to last year. It feels very much like Christmas at the front of the store today.

This place has just about everything in home goods and decor. It's a massive facility! The seasonal decorations were impressive. It's September and they had Halloween and Christmas decorations so if you plan to decorate for the holidays, it would be an awesome place to check out

First impression: It's like a Gordman's and a Bed, Bath, and Beyond had a child that focuses only on HomeGoods and seasonal decorations. It was kind of fun to walk around at first, but we passed the aisle for curtains about 4 times without realizing it, so it was kind of hard to navigate at first. The prices seem a little steep, but they also have a good amount of discounts in the store. Maybe we just went at the wrong time but we probably will only go back to find a clearance item.

HUGE SELECTION of everything. The store is massive. More holiday decorations than anywhere I've seen. The prices tend to run a little on the high end of what you'd expect from a store like this. However, no matter what your style is, they have something for you.

Great deal on deck furniture in several colors and styles. Cashier must have had a contest going for credit card sign-up though, literally told him 5 times I didnt want the card and he kept up with the speech. I was very close to leaving my carts at the register and walking out empty handed.

There is nothing you will need to decorate and accessorize your home with that you won't find here. This place is huge and has great variety. I would give it a five except I have been twice and never had enough time to go through the whole store.

Shaena, manager, was so very helpful in helping me locate the pieces of a patio set. She went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!
