River City Coffee

I can't really think of a way this place could be better. Coffee's great, everyone is super friendly, the atmosphere is perfect, and the music is always on point. It's small, the only potential downside, but it doesn't bother me. Local art on the walls, bookshelves, a record player with a stellar selection of vinyl to throw on. (although I've never had a desire to change one of Alex's selections) And, oh yeah, the coffee! Quality beans, and they even have coffee ice cubes so the tasty cold brew doesn't get watered down. Did I mention the friendliness and atmosphere? Much love to River City Coffee!

River City Coffee is a charming hangout! The coffee is great. The Chai is my favorite! I love that you can play their vinyl records in the front room.

This place holds a very special place in my heart. I visited here about 5 years ago with my boyfriend. We made a little mini trip up here from Louisiana and I just remember loving the whole place. This was the first place I ever had a lavender latte and that taste brings back the best memories. I now live here with that same boyfriend who is now a fiancé and this is one of our favorite places to grab coffee. When we first moved here I would go there to work on my laptop...I was new to the city and honestly scared. This place made me feel so at home with the records playing, regulars chatting in the corner and the dogs sleeping by their owners feet. And obviously the coffee is AMAZING as well as the service. Thank you for making me feel at home one lavender latte at a time!

Pretty good coffee. Very tight inside and uncomfortably dirty/messy. Sign on front door says "WEAR A MASK" instead of politely asking the same thing. Music frequently stops (vinyl record player) and they seem to be in the middle of a remodel but no work is actively taking place and it seems to be the norm based on furniture placement against un-finished walls with holes.

They have coffee ice for your cold coffee beverage! It's a real chill shop with great coffee!

A quality business run by owner/barista extraordinaire Jeremy. He takes great care in his craft, he thoughtfully curates the music selection from his record collection, and he kindly greets all people as they enter, order, and visit with others. Most mornings the place is filled with regulars and locals, drawn not only for River City's cozy charm, but also for the good vibes and quality coffee. A true standout among coffee shops!

Amazing iced Dirty Chai with Coffee ice cubes so no watering down my drink if I don't drink it fast enough! The guy behind the counter was so super nice!!!

Note-they do request you wear a mask so be prepared. But the coffee is well worth it!

I tried this place out because Mylo Coffee was having a serious bug infestation and honestly I’m glad because River City is so much better. The barista who made my drink was positive and polite, I was in and out in less than five minutes, and my coffee was amazing

If you want to get plugged in to the local community, this is the place to go. I went to River City to finish up my work for the week and got to meet a mildly famous actor, a musician, and a barista who knew everyone by name. What a great place to visit.

Oh, the hot chocolate was good too.

Love this charming coffee shop. Wonderful atmosphere! You can play checkers, listen to albums, and have really good coffee to boot!
