Ambience - Really coolest ambience with freshly brewing coffee machines and freshly made breakfast was displayed at the cashier/ bill counter.

Coffee - The cappuccino was really refreshing and fresh.

Service - the service was excellent and professional .

One of the best place to get coffee in Little Rock. I would highly recommend this place for a good coffee and a quick breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Ambiance is very good. I felt the coffee was not very hot if we don’t specifically mention extra hot for hot coffee lovers. I like the oat meal breakfast, Avocado toste and Lavender latte.

Nice environment, but can't say food was anything but average (to be generous)...coffee is ok, just like it was made at home. Bit surprised to wait over 40 minutes for 3 toasted sandwiches? With a handful of pecans, can make same quality sandwich on a George Foreman grill.

Mylo is a great place to have a coffee, a baked good, & read a book. I see a lot of people studying here as well! The prices are typical & it’s a cute little coffee shop to hang around in, plus it’s in a great area :)

Absolutely the best Iced breve I have ever had, it truly has an amazing unique flavor. My husband got the batch coffee, which is pretty basic but that alone was really tasty. I got the gluten free chocolate brownie, which was also amazing, little different in texture but definitely must try once brownie.

Cute place! It was nice to see the roasters tasting their coffees, and the covers over food items are a good touch. Friendly staff and quick service.

i want to like this place so badly. it’s so charming. but i’ve been bamboozled so many times coming here. i always have to wait half an hour for a drink and food when there is no line, no one answers the phone, and they are always out of everything. I paid $7 for this avocado toast today which is quite literally pieces of avocado on untoasted wheat bread and nothing else.

Best coffee shop I've been to so far! Food was amazing. The coffee was smooth and tasteful.
Everything about this place was perfect.
I recommend the vanilla iced coffee.
I don't drink my coffee black, but the pour over kayon mountain farm was delicious. Only thing, I wish it would have been hot. It was lukewarm, but it tasted fantastic tho.
Check them out and you won't be disappointed.

I used to love this place back in the day, but something has really gone down hill in the last few years. I don't know what happened, but the service and quality is horrible. I was in the area and decided to get a matcha latte. I had the front house server laugh at me because I didn't see the sign right away about the kitchen being closed. Then he proceeded to keep that condescending smirk on his face while I asked for oat milk in my latte and if I could get my latte to-go. When I got my latte, it was watered down and horrible. It wasn't even worth a $1. I will not be visiting again, nor will I recommend a place that treats their customers so rudely. Do better, Mylo. You were once a great place to visit.

In the past 6 months or so I used to go to Mylo every morning. The staff was always friendly and remembered my name whenever I walked in. However, in my time there I saw the staff change out what seemed to be around 3-4 times with the exception of the two people who seem to be the bakers in the back. Each time the staff changed out I kept getting promises that things were changing but the lines never improved and they didn't seem to be able to keep their staff for a long period of time. This leads me to feel that the management/ownership is not doing what they need to, so that they can retain their staff. With each change of the staff the environment got less and less welcoming to a wide range of people.
