Jubi Tea Hot Springs

I had the oolong tea with boba it was good but it had a strong black tea taste which still wasn’t bad cause the milk definitely evened it out the boba was interesting lol I was expecting it to pop but they didn’t it was chewy not sure if that is how boba is but definitely loved the drink

I was excited to finally have a boba shop in Hot Springs, especially downtown, but as a whole the drinks were not that great. I went around 6 in the afternoon (I have no idea if time is a factor in which the products used in the drinks may affect the quality of the drink) the boba bubbles had the texture of being over cooked and undercooked at the same time; it felt like they had been cooked early in the morning and left out all day. The bubbles were unappealingly gewy and and falling apart on the outside whilst hard in the middle. Not to mention the boba bubbles had no tapioca flour flavor at all. I bought the jasmine tea drink and it tasted very bitter; it was over steeped. However, I must say the Vietnamese iced coffee was good. I have not tried the other drinks but I hope they are not as bad as the tea I bought today. I would’ve much rather gone to a Starbucks or other drink shop further in town for quality control and flavor. I hope to see a higher quality product offered at the shop especially for being located in the downtown strip.

The black sugar milk tea was delicious! Hoping the add it to the regular menu, not just the summer one. Would recommend it as a dessert after having a meal as it is on the sweeter side but still delicious! Like trying the different teas and other drinks they have. Hoping they get different milks, like almond or soy, as some customers are milk intolerant so that everyone has the ability to order here.

Boba’s are really good here. The customer service is great and is very well priced. I recommend the drink with tapioca balls and the bursting bubbles!!

Used to absolutely love this place and would go every single day, until they started opening whenever they wanted instead of going by their hours. Today I got a smoothie with boba in it and the boba balls are super hard. I can barely bite into it so i went back in, because I did just spent 8 dollars on it, and she told me there is nothing they can do unless they make a new batch. Screw me and anyone else who is also getting boba today. Very, very upset and disappointed with this place. 2 freaking stars.

GREAT tea! Was a refreshing stop on a hot day. Good selection of traditional flavors and a few exotic flavors. Loved my Nuóc Mía. Cute place!! Great service!

It was hot, the space was very small for a lot of traffic, I understand there is little that can be done for that. The boba tea was way too sweet and hardly cold. I waited about 15 min for our order and then we realized she didn't order a lemonade we asked for. We waited about another 10 minutes for the lemonade, which was also way to sweet. I have had several boba tea in several states, but this was too sweet, little ice, and hardly cold milk. However, the tapioca balls tasted good quality 👌. The lady was apologetic and nice. I hate leaving bad reviews, because I feel I am being mean, however reviews should help to improve. Thanks for being open on a hot day.

We got the matcha Boba and it was great. Could definitely taste matcha, not just milk or sugar like some reviews. One said locals don't know good tea. I'm not local and I've had boba in Houston where my brother and I were the only non Asians there, so no.... They may have just gotten a flavor they didn't like. Ours was perfectly fine today and we'll be back.

Friendly staff! Fun decor and drinks. Vietnamese coffee was delicious!

The Milk Tea is so good and atmosphere is Unique and welcoming! 10/10 will definitely make the trip back to try the Vietnamese Iced Coffee!
