Jubi Tea Hot Springs

got the strawberry milk tea with strawberry bursting boba & it is very delicious! the lady at the front desk was also very sweet! i’ll have to come back for more soon!

Purchased drink from here and boba was under cooked and hard. Returned and asked for a new drink
They scooped out the raw boba and poured new ones in, still leaving quite a few of the bad boba inside. Sealed it, and gave it to me.
I was expecting better from this place from the reviews, but was disappointed.
They also have several fly traps hanging over where they make the drinks and I noticed none of their fairy or fruit products were refrigerated. They were all just sitting out open. Very unsanitary.

I live locally and have been bringing my kids here since they first opened. I never had a problem but today the workers where off. The lady at the register was rude and they did not put boba in my drink. I went there for a boba drink. Also had a slush that was almost flavorless and was chunky ice. So sad.

A group 7 of us came in while walking the strip yesterday. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful! The decor was so neat! We recieved our drinks quick. They were amazing! A cute stop for a drink to finish your shopping.

I just recently bought a smoothie from here during my time at Beta convention, and it is by far the best thing I've ever tasted in my life. I recommend this place to any Beta club members attending convention and tourists. When I get the chance, I'll buy from here again. Keep up the good business :)

Delicious! I got the popping strawberry boba in jasmine tea. The staff was super friendly and they made sure I liked the taste of the tea before they sealed it. Great tea and great service!

Such a cute boba tea shop. We ordered a few smoothies and all of them were so tasty! We will definitely be coming back.
