My husband and I were looking forward to eating at the quaint shop in town, but we were disappointed by the service and the food. The place seemed to be short staff which perhaps was the reason the waitress/cook was so impatient. The toast was warm but not toasted and I hate to say but my food had a strand of dark hair. When I brought it up, the woman mentioned to one of the staff that I just wanted to give her a hard time. In fact, I was hungry and I just wanted an omelet. I did enjoy the cafe con grima!

Great little spot for food, drinks, or oxygen. (Full disclosure we didn't try the oxygen). We were in Hot Springs for a couple of days and ate here three times! Delicious food and drinks and great, friendly service. And, open, with tables available when we tried, which wasn't what we found everywhere, possibly due to Sunday hours in some cases and possibly due to Omicron/COVID.

Don't order the loaded fries....we got this tiny plastic plate with a tiny amount of shoe string fries. Definitely not what was portrayed on the menu and we paid $10. The wings were burnt and hard to chew. I strongly recommend not coming here.

We walked in the door expecting an intimate, rustic South American wine and cheese cafe. The closest thing to this was the back outdoor patio which was nice and has a great rocky backdrop.

The entrance had us sandwiched between a rainbow neon oxygen bar and the cashier counter with menu. There was so much happening all at once it was a bit overwhelming to know where we were and what to do let alone what to eat. There was loud music blasting, not lovely Argentinian music, mind you, which was quite a conflict to the spa-like environment that is also advertised at this place. There apparently is an aqua massage bed here as well.

We really wanted a salad and couldn’t find it on the menu. I spotted it under “sandwiches or salads” and my husband, rightly so, was extremely confused. We asked the cashier what sandwiches or salads meant and she said any of the sandwiches could be converted to salads even the one with marinara and baguettes but in place of baguettes they’ll add croutons. While I’m sure this makes perfect sense in their minds, from a customer perspective it is both confusing and off-putting.

So we ordered a charcuterie board and a Turkey deli sandwich and two sangrias. The cashier warned us that the sangrias were actually made of fruit purée mixed with moscato, so it wasn’t a real sangria. So of course we didn’t order that and found out that the menu also included cocktails. I then looked over and saw that beside us was what looked like a cocktail tiki bar and surrounding the rest of the room are self serve wine machines. I was a bit surprised to see self serve wine but also bartended drinks.

We ordered margaritas instead, paid for our meal and took the plastic number to our table and waited for our order. We met a worker back there who asked if we had gotten drinks and if so why we didn’t have them yet. We explained that the cashier told us to take the number and go to our table. This worker looked at us very confused and said they would be right back. We subsequently received our order one by one, margaritas then charcuterie, deli sandwich, then another charcuterie and again another charcuterie. We laughed about the charcuterie and told them we already had ours each time so they kept taking it back to the kitchen.

Unfortunately the food quality didn’t meet our expectations nor the price paid. I would chalk it up to there not being a coherent vision and that there is a seemingly open ended number of options to order (none of them really fitting the Argentinian theme).

The staff were the highlight of the experience, all very friendly and kind! It’s clear that this must be a brand new restaurant experiencing growth. Wishing the best of luck with your business and finding the best theme for a pleasant customer experience. I hope this review is received to be fair and helpful.

Had a great time, lots of delicious beverages and snacks. The oxygen bar was great, helped with my sinus and allergy trouble. There's also some sense that help with energy and relaxation, highly recommend checking it out. Really chill atmosphere inside, and the staff were all very friendly

Such a great find! Oxygen bar, coffee, wine, etc. Extremely friendly staff and the coffees were some of the best we've tasted.

Waited for our food for 40 minutes. Pizza was not that hot and when we asked the waitress why it took so long, she had a lengthy reply and had the audacity to say we were rude! The cashier was nice but never again! Don't go here! Another lady who was passing by came up to me to talk about her bad experience with the restaurant after she saw how the waitress treated us.

From our of town and this is one of the places I wanted to go, but they are closed for unknown reasons. Looked on Google, their website, and Facebook
