Starting with a positive: tastey food and acceptable coffee.

Real talk now: Lunches are all small portions and very expensive. Almost a snack size really. Every time I've been there I feel like I overpaid for such a small lunch. Coffee is mediocre at times, but "okay". I do appreciate the variety.

Negative: They seem to have a high turn over rate. There is almost always a new person being trained every time I go. Which means, there is a lot of mistakes on orders.

Ending with a positive: I have liked jitterbug in the past and will continue to go. The workers that have been there a while are all really nice.

Love this coffeehouse. The atmosphere is perfect - so cute and fun. The sandwiches are delicious and I love all the coffee choices. Very friendly staff as well.

A must visit for my Wife, and Daughters, when we go to Heber Springs. Butter Beer, Spiced Coffee, great shakes, and tasty Smoothies. Cool old building, and a friendly staff.

Great ice cream and very nice staff. Came from out of town and was impressed by the service. 100% would come back next time I’m in town

Yummy😱 cozy and inviting. Delicious fresh coffees, tasty and sumptuous treats. Atmosphere reminds me of 1970s coffee houses. Bring a book...bring a friend. Either way it's a great place to hang and reset☺

I enjoy Jitterbug! I have visited on numerous occasions for ice cream, iced coffee, and even lunch. It has always been quick and delicious! The customer service and atmosphere is inviting and friendly. I do wish it had a drive-thru for early morning visits before school/work or lunch break, but it's so good I still come inside!

So many delicious choices! I love the Samoa Mocha Frappuccino & the Chocolate Cherry Frappuccino. 😋 Can't wait to try a milk shake or fruit smoothie.

Loved the drinks that my friends and I enjoyed....the squirrel and the mocha mint. Both decaf and delicious...everyone respected each other Covid space. Ready to go again soon.

Cozy atmosphere and friendly people! I'm not a coffee drinker, but there's truly something on the menu for everyone! You will definitely want to come back!
