Jitterbug Coffeehouse

First time visit. In town from Nashville. Nice space, fun vibe, but a bit overcrowded with furniture. My coffee was GREAT--got a Snickerdoodle latte made with oat milk. BUT, we don't understand their PAY IT FORWARD board. There was a listing on the board that said coffee for a teacher for a reduced price. When I asked the cashier if the teacher had to be from the area or Arkansas, she said no. When I said how about a teacher from Nashville, she seemed to feel fine about it, seemed to say yes, but then she charged us full price for two coffees. That was very confusing. Maybe they should explain their LARGE "Pay it forward" board to customers.

Scone is raw but I'm hungry and I'm eating this $4.00 garbage.

What a cool place to visit! I came in with my service dog and was immediately offered water for her. The atmosphere is laid back and casual. The walls are covered with what looks like art from local artists. Oh, and the coffee is fantastic! I highly recommend you stop in for food, ice cream, or delicious coffee beverages.

Excellent coffee drink and such a charming coffee shop. Really impressed with the interior design. Cozy and comfortable with a funky feel. Great tunes paying, too. Thrilled to find they could set me up with a vegan drink. Worth checking out!

From Memphis here for work, place looked adorable quaint from the street passing by, very warm welcoming and that’s exactly what it was the moment I walked in. Customer service was excellent everyone was sweet and friendly. Will def be back for lunch and coffee. Excellent food desserts and coffee ☕️

Just got the Snickerdoodle Latte and WOW! So good! I do a lot of traveling and will definitely have this place marked for a return trip! Thanks Jitterbug for starting my day off right!

We have been coming here for years to get the best coffee and sandwiches! Now I have a store a block away and we are able to walk and get the items we love! A must stop in Heber Springs!

What a great find! We visited Heber for the day and sought out ice cream in the afternoon. This cafe was AWESOME. Eclectic, quaint, and cozy. The girls were all very nice (more importantly - patient with the kids) and engaged with all the guests coming and going. I'm slightly particular about my coffees, and yours was really good. Cannot wait to be in town again - this will be a MUST for each visit.

Love that u can play games there. My daughter and I played dominoes and when I took gbaby we played Jenga. Both trips were so much fun. Love the decor it's very authentic and unique. Plenty of tables 2 choose from inside or out

Good coffee with an interesting selection of coffees and teas. They also have smoothies and ice-cream, so there is something for everyone in the family. Prices are reasonable and the workers are friendly and work hard. We will be back when we are in the area again.
