Moka Joes Coffee & Cafe

The frozen specialty coffee was crazy sweet and I wasn't sure if there was any coffee in it. Wanted to charge me for some whip topping. Coffee machine was really loud. The espresso was good and strong. With a really relaxing and inviting dining area.

Best coffee in town! I love plain black iced coffee, and theirs is smooth and not bitter at all. Plus, the baristas are always friendly and remember my order!

Love there coffee and there Baristas! Quick service through the drive-thru even on a busy morning.

Update: I’ve tried to contact company several times to discuss and I have been repeatedly ignored. They have no interest in being aware of the problems they have caused for their paying customers and have no interest in fixing it. Coffee. Should. Not. Be. Hot. Enough. For. Third. Degree. Burns.

I had some family come thru today and they were served coffee so hot that it left 3rd degree burns on my brothers lap. Working at coffee shops myself I know how avoidable this situation could have been and that is why I am so angry. This will not the last you hear of this situation as he has literally been hospitalized.

This is my favorite coffee shop to work out of while visiting family in Fort Smith. Friendly service, quiet atmosphere, good food and free wi-fi. And, they don't mind my sitting in the corner for hours.
