BoBo's Ribbon Ice

Service was very nice and helpful which is good because the menu has a lot going on the first time you go. I had taiyaki with cheesecake soft serve and it was good. Next time I’ll try a warm taiyaki and a drink. They have so many choices! I’ll have to go several more times to try everything I want.

Always amazing! My husband gets the caramel milk tea with yogurt poppers and boba and i switch between the matcha milk tea and the thai tea! Their taiwanese popcorn chicken is addictive! Lol

Had a mango juice milk from there with tapioca boba and it was really good! Definitely would go again, especially to try new things off their menu, like ribbon ice and smoothies!

Did a to-go order today and grabbed their dalgona coffee and dumplings. Both were so good and yummy. I'm hardly disappointed! They help brighten this period of time. Thanks to them my day felt cheerier!

As someone who is secretly an old man on the inside, the unconventional seating and general new age atmosphere made me feel a bit uncomfortable here, but the ribbon ice is excellent. At about $5.50 for a regular size, which is actually a fairly large portion, it's a bit of an expensive treat. I would recommend their fruit-flavored things, which unlike most fruit-flavored things, actually tastes like fruit.

The best bubble tea in town by a longshot. By far the most consistent boba around and the tea tastes great. The ribbon ice is good, no complaints there, but the boba is the selling point for me. I definitely recommend it. The decor is cute and the BoBo booths on the wall are fun. It's a good place to study or get some homework done, also great for hanging out with friends.

Worst customer service! We ordered some drinks, but my husband got the order wrong so I went to change the order. The cashier told me he couldn't refund the money right then and there and they would void the check that night. He charged me for the correct drinks and I paid for it again. It's been a week and still no refund! I have been calling and calling and they said they would avoid it, but still nothing. Never once did they let me talk to a manager when I called and kept giving me excuse after excuse. "The manager is not here right now" is what I always got. I called today and threatened to let my bank handle the situation if I didnt receive my refund by Wednesday. Never going there again!

Boba was amazing. I recommended many people to go there if they're ever in Fayetteville. Customer service was a 3.5; they missed my sister's order and they handed her food to the person that place their order after my sister. Then had my sister waiting another 10 minutes. No apologies given but it was very obvious. It was around 6pm so they may have been tired. The girl doesn't smile very much, I even tried to talk to her about the store but she doesn't seemed to enthusiastic about it. Lol. But I do like their menu and what's offered there! Cute little spot for sure!

The best place in Fayetteville to get boba tea! Their food is delicious and they're always super nice. Love their chocolate filled Taiyaki's!

I am from out of town and went to Bobo's with family. I had the Bobo's lady with peach poppers. It was amazing!
