BoBo's Ribbon Ice

Delicious ice cream and authentic Taiwanese milk tea!! I recommend winter melon tea, and the avocado ice cream (made with fresh ingredients). The new interior decoration is also an upgrade from the old location.

I’ve been coming here since they opened a couple years ago. They always have great drinks and it’s a good place to hang out with friends. So thankful they brought boba to NWA

This is BoBo's new location. The "BOBOS" seats are pretty comfortable and unique. Cute seating for all of you Instagrammers. There is a wide variety of shaved ice, boba teas, and soft serve to satisfy your sweet tooth. One thing that is always sold out is their green tea soft serve, but I won't dock a star off for that because that just means its probably delicious. The fresh-made stuffed tayaki and tayaki cones are delicious, but not too sweet.

Really love this place but more than half the time I go there they are out of the popcorn chicken. This makes me want to go elsewhere for lunch so that I don’t waste time having to go to another place after getting a drink.

Their boba has the right texture and they are very friendly.

There was hardly any greeting from workers.The girl behind counter slames everything around while fixing our drinks. We were here visiting my son for college, there were 4 of us trying to decided what to order so we were trying to rush as they seemed impatient and it felt uncomfortable. Just felt unwelcoming. It was weird when a black artist song came on the switched the song, the one girl sitting talking to the one who fixed our drinks looked our way and laughed. We heard there was racism up here and blacks are not always welcomed here I'm wondering if it's true now. Especially since my son is here for college. I love Arkansas but most of the experiences here are hurtful especially like the one we felt supporting your location. We just left and it was awful! Even 2 of our drinks were just pour quality. I don't like eating or drinking things made by someone with a bad attitude 😒

In the past I have enjoyed coming to this place but over the past few months I hesitate to come in because of the staff. The girls who work up front don’t greet incoming customers or try to have a positive attitude, they just wait til you’re at the counter, blankly stare at you and then ask “can I take your order?” A simple “Hi there, how may I help you” with a smile is more welcoming and doesn’t require much effort. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect everyone to have a good day or be in the best mood at all times but, it also doesn’t excuse you to have such an attitude towards people. I’ve worked in customer service so I understand it can be difficult or sometimes a worker doesn’t mean to come off in such a way but, they should really care about how they come off to others. It just makes me sad when I’m able to provide great service by doing the bare minimum and it can’t even be met when I come here…

The best local spot for a classic milk tea with boba. Additionally, they have a lot of fun & tasty drinks as alternatives. Inside is always clean & the staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

Ribbon ice was delicious! Servings are big! Regular size is quite large. Got mango ice flavor with condensed milk! 😋

I do agree with the other reviewers that the staff could use a little training. But sometimes people are shy… so it’s not a super big deal for me because I just wanted ribbon ice. It’s something I’ve been craving for a long time that I could previously only get in Atlanta, so I’m very happy to have it here in NWA.

Would definitely visit everyday if it was in bentonville!!
