Ed's Bakery

We ordered a chocolate first birthday cake for my daughter's birthday smash photos and party. We got a vanilla cake, the cake looked great from the front but the back of the cake the frosting was falling leaving parts of the cake visible and a puddle of frosting on the base. This was less than two hours after pickup. It was a good tasting cake but not what we ordered and the decorating wasn't good. Sadly we were disappointed.

We had a donut-themed birthday party for our 2 year old. Ed's Custom Bakery was very helpful with planning the design of the donuts. It turned out great!

I've loved this place since I was little and the smiley face cookies are my favorite!!! Have been delicious for the last 24 years I've had them!

I called this morning, and the lovely voice that answered all of my questions just made my day! I will be traveling through during the week of Thanksgiving, and I will be able to take amazing Ed's pies with me!

I bought a cake for my boyfriend here because I was visiting and didn't wanna use his friend's kitchen since it was supposed to be a surprise. We picked Ed's because it was convenient and we thought it'd be better than a Walmart cake. Wrong. It was overpriced for the quality we got. No one even wanted to eat it. It tasted like really super cheap "from a box" cake which is NOT what they advertise. If I wanted box cake, I'd have bought a mix or gone to Walmart, not a "custom bakery". Also, the decorations they did were like something by a five year old. Thoroughly disappointed. That being said, the place was clean and the service was generic but not bad. If you need something quick and don't have a pick palette to impress, this place will get the job done. Just don't expect quality.

It has been years since I went there. since I retired. It is wonderful, same fantastic deserts. My favorite crisp apple fritters. They are the sweetest people to deal with. Merry Christmas !
