Love the atmosphere, but there was something left to be desired. The food was a hit or miss. I did not enjoy the eggs on my biscuit Benny, they were bland and my biscuit was dry. Service was slow and I felt like I was put in a corner and forgot about. I never had refill on my water, and I’ve had better mimosas at a gas station. I would go again for the fries though.

We waiting a REALLY long time after we were seated and ordering drinks from our waiter. Then a different staff person came and told us she was sorry for our wait and told us her manager was offering us a free a appetizer…. But never asked what we wanted. Never got that.
Took our drink order again, and we didn’t get those until after repeatedly asked.
When we finally got the food it was mediocre at best, the customer service was worse than that.
Atmosphere is the ONLY thing. We sat in an adorable outdoor bubble.

Food is just ok. Servers are like sloths. Takes forever to get any service. Takes forever to get drinks. Takes forever to get food after ordering. They do not follow common restaurant protocol. Had no regular butter at dinner, only honey butter. Patrons are not served in the order they arrived with some waiting much longer than others. Food was not hot.

Went here for breakfast on Saturday. Enjoyed the vibe and the service was very good. Can only speak about breakfast but the portions were huge and very good. Would recommend and go back next time in Bentonville.

We are here as our B&B used this as a day off breakfast spot. Sadly it tarnished an otherwise great Bentonville experience. Staff were clearly overwhelmed and angry about it. The menu was limited and very unappealing. Service was almost non-existent. Coffee took a very long time to arrive. Others who arrived after us were served well before. After several requests we finally had to get up and seek salt and pepper ourselves. The food was okay but one item did not make it to the it was about time to pay the bill. At no time did the staff even acknowledge the issues or apologize for the delays. Would not go again.

The food was not good. It was dressed up with a great presentation, but I'm more concerned with taste, which was not there. By all means, the food was edible, but so are alot of other places and they don't charge nearly the same amount as this place.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. It’s a bit pricey but go during their happy hour and you’re good!

Had the pastrami sandwich today at lunch and the sandwich would have been fine except for the meat portion. There should not be gristle and fat (at least not much) in pastrami. Not a good experience.

What a fun experience right in downtown Bentonville! The food was fantastic, we went for brunch on a Saturday, I had some chorizo breakfast tacos that were just amazing! They had chorizo and crispy nashbrowns on the taco - something I had never had before and SO glad i tried them. They didn't have a ton of choices on the menu, but everything sounded delicious. They do change their menu seasonally so you're always in for a treat when you go!!
The bar was really nice in the middle of the restaurant... they served a ton of local beers, wines and ciders which I appreciated! They offered taste tests on anything they had on draft so that was nice to get to try a few new things before I had to settle on one. They also have an espresso machine and they're coffee smelled amazing too!
Our service was great, there were 2 of us and we sat at the bar. Everyone there was so nice and we were just very well taken care of. They asked how they could make our experience better several times and were just very attentive to us as we hung out. Even though they were busy, they never made us feel like we were taking the seats too long or needed to leave to make room for more people to come in.
If you're in downtown Bentonville and looking for a good place to grab lunch or brunch, Pressroom is the place to go! I'm glad we ended up trying it and I'm excited to go back and try more menu items. Next time, I want to try the coffee because like I said, it smelled amazing!
