This was the perfect lunch stop on our way to San Diego from Phoenix! It is so nice to stop for a healthier option at a place that cares about their food quality! Homemade dressings, breads, muffins, good quality coffee and amazing service! We will definitely be back next time we pass through town.

A little pricey, but delicious food! A chai tea freeze that could become addicting.

Clean place, reasonable price, friendly staff. Great local business. Will definitely return. Keep up the good work!

The coffee I got was a french press that was super bitter and over ground. Which honestly wouldn't have been a big deal, however, I ended asking for a shot of vanilla in my coffee after the fact and they charged me over $3 just for the shot. That plus the bitter coffee just rubbed me the wrong way. Foods decent but the experience left something to be desired.

We came here twice during our 2wk visit with my mother in law. They're open 7AM-4PM Daily.
Friendly service, surprisingly diverse menu of ~12 sandwiches, ~7 salads, ~10 breakfast dishes (served all day) & sometimes they have specials. You can also do a pick 2 or 3: half sandwich, half salad or cup soup (in our 2nd visit I wanted to try 2 diff salads via the pick 2 but was told it had to be half salad + half sandwich or cup soup 🤷♀️).
Our 1st visit there we met up with my hubby's childhood best friend so there were 4 of us:
• Hubby & his childhood best friend split the special - cordon bleu (& selected the pasta salad side vs potato chips) + hubby got the mayan tea freeze
• Mother in law did a pick 2 of half special - cordon bleu & cup of soup - tomato + mayan tea freeze
• I did a pick 2 of half Castle Dome salad + half Bernie sandwich + mayan tea iced
Our 2nd visit we met up with 2 of mother in law's couple friends we try to visit with every visit so there were 7 of us:
• Most ordered breakfast plates & 2 shared a coffee (they both like really weak coffee so they only used part of 1 cup of coffee lol)
• Hubby & I ordered the Rodeo & pick 2 of half Colorado salad + half Imperial sandwich + mayan tea freeze.. I also wanted to try their French Press bec I love FP coffee & kept seeing dirty ones at the dish station so I asked the cashier (aka the head chef) & he wasn't sure what it was 🤣 so I ordered 1 anyway.. when he served it certainly didn't look like coffee & tasted like the Mayan Tea in a FP 🤷♀️
To summarize:
• I don't recommend the 2 beef dishes because they were both unexpectedly dry (Bernie & Colorado)
• The 2 chicken dishes were moist, flavorful & suprisingly my favorites (Castle Dome & Imperial) 👍👍
• Breakfast was different & good (Rodeo)
• I preferred the French Pressed Mayan Tea (a richer chocolatey flavor) over the iced (very mild chocolate flavor) or freeze (very mild chocolate flavor + sweet)
• Mother in law recommends the Walt Scramble which was moist & tasty
