Chaparral Homemade Ice Cream & Cafe

Delicious homemade ice cream! The Hassayama (coffee & choc) is so intense and wonderful and not too sweet. The prickly pear is fruity and fresh. Friendly folks too.
Note this summer (2021) they're closed on Tuesdays and from 5 pm to 7 pm

Never offered a lunch menu, or napkin. Ice cream was tasty but very overpriced. Disappointed. Service in the past was far better. Doubt we will return.

Few days ago stopped for ice cream brownie sundae and tried brat w/boysenberry onion sauce and chili dog with a side of potato salad. Everything was delicious and service was pleasant. We ate outside as we found a sliver of shade

I made this review a year ago but recently I've been living in town and have visited more. The 5 stars remain because it is so good! Their ice cream is wonder but their sandwichs and soups are what shocked me!! Kind, good people and wonderful food too ❤

Hands down some of the best ice cream I've had. One scoop of sweet cream and one scoop of hassayampa mud is a perfect combination of sweet and bitter. My wife had pistachio which was also amazing. Spoke with the owner afterwards in the parking lot who explained everything she uses is all natural ingredients..

Very creamy. Love homemade ice cream. I had Rocky road and pistachio. Hubby had pistachio and cherry vanilla. I've been here before but we live far away. We always stop when we are driving through.

Passed through on a whim and was not disappointed! I got a yummy Prickly Pear tea and a breakfast sandwich on a HOMEMADE English muffin. So. Good! And the price for the portion is perfect! I will be returning to try the icecream! 🥰

Not only I've cream. Great chili dog. Best Lemonade in memory. They make a mash of the whole lemon. So oils and rind flavor, not in the finished product though. Not to sweet. Many other items, I'll stop in next time and again.

We used to stop hear often, with and without our fellow Fast Glass Corvette Club Members before Covid hit, and even twice during this past year+. Today, we had our first Club Drive and Dine since Covid hit last year, this time to Parker for lunch, saving room for our FAVORITE Ice Cream stop whike heading back to Phoenix! The staff is always super nice and their ice cream is Delish!!! Please try these folks out... you won't be disappointed! Til next time...stay safe!
