Kratom Kafe is outstanding. The staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly. I have been a customer for over a year now and always have a positive experience with Kratom Kafe.

You WILL NOT find a better kratom store in town. Hands down, Jill has the most legit product thats on the up and up, and more importantly, she recently paid for a purity chemical testing on a few of her strands to show how safe and effective her product is. I dont believe anyone is doing this yet, for there are many many strands and the testing is a bit pricey. Jill and her Kratom Kafe have the safest, most effective product available. I choose not to use opiates, and after having my 4th kidney stone surgery of 7 total in 2 1/2 years, i solely relied on Jills kratom for my after care pain. Completely effective AND I DID'NT NOR DON'T have any withdrawl symptoms like most experience after using opiates for awhile. Her product is amazing and FAR SUPERIOR to anything opiates can offer. Come check her and her staff out, I promise you'll leave feeling better informed and better served. May God bless Jill and her staff; they sincerely care about you and the pain you're dealing with. Lastly, ive been taking her kratom for almost 2 years now and cant imagine where i would be without her product - probably stuffing my face with more ibuprophen and living far more miserably. Please dont use whatever smoke shops or circle k has to offer; those products are not safe, tested and those employees cant offer any information regarding its use - thats trustworthy anyway. Moreover those products dont work. Come by kratom kafe and try pure kratom. You'll be thanking Jill too. 😀

An amazing place to buy high quality, safe, effective kratom in that part of town. If you want to get the best kratom possible, go to this place. If you like variety and many different options, this is your place. If you have questions and just want to chat with people who know their stuff, you're in luck. You really can't go wrong. :)

Jill has struck again with her wonderful (and high quality Kratom) in the Northwest shopping location, right in time for all the holiday crowd navigation!! Several times I’ve been on this side of town (shopping) in the past and have needed Kratom. Jill answered my wish! She always has the highest quality Kratom with extremely knowledgeable staff, and at great prices. I will most definitely be stopping to socialize while shopping next time I go. Many people (like me) get frazzled nerves while shopping and get tempted to drink alcohol. Now, I have Kratom Kafe has become my bar replacement to chill out and meet like minded friends and folk who realize how miraculous Kratom is. Thanks Jill, for another home run!!!!

These folks are the best. Their selection is the largest available in southern Arizona and their friendly service and amazing product knowledge is the kicker. They know their kratom.
They can take customers' orders via phone or text for quick pickup. I won't waste any more time and money standing in line behind meth monkeys while worrying about what lurks outside at a northside head(hunter) shop, for stale, incense infused, ziploc baggied homespun bunk (dog hair, no extra charge).
The second location for Kratom Kafe, on Ina, is almost ready. Get the best service, and the best quality kratom, in the best, clean, food-grade resealable packaging, from the best people, at Kratom Kafe.
So far, this reviewer has been to the new shop on Ina only once as it was being readied to open. The East 5th St. shop is proving to be a favorite for consumers of the healing leaf, from all over town.

Jill the owner is awesome!! very sweet and knowledgeable about her product, Kratom....I visit the Ina location the staff there (Stacey)is also knowledgeable and helpful....The atmosphere is welcoming....I love this place...

I live in PA and my aunt who lives in tuscon is immobile due to her pain, I contacted Jill at kratom kafe to get my aunt some kratom. Jill was very friendly and helpful, she went out of her way to get it to my aunt for me. Amazing customer service and I'd highly recommend Kratom Kafe!

Very low quality kratom. I got a negative vibe from her and got 1/2 of what I normally get from elsewhere for $40. She didn't seem like she liked me or wanted to help me? Maybe the quality and amt. you get depends if she likes you?
