It has been almost a year since my last review and I just have to add that dealing with this fantastic shop for about a year I would NEVER go anywhere else for any of the products offered at Kratom Kafe! The delivery service is above and beyond wonderful. All of the employees have been so kind and accommodating to all of my needs. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. If you have not tried this shop you are totally missing out. Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed. You will be a lifetime customer just like me! Another 5 stars without hesitation!

Kratom Cafe is local business that deserves our support, not just because they sell the best Kratom I've ever found (including other local sellers and online sellers.) Kratom Cafe has worked hard to earn my business and yours too, if you are a Kratom connoisseur. The shop I use the most, on Ina Rd is always clean, the atmosphere is calm and soothing with an abundance of beautiful plants. The customer service is exemplary, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The quality of their product is above and beyond anything else I have ever tried. The owner is such a positive, pleasant person who seems to know all her customers by name. Tucson Kratom users are lucky to have 2 Kratom Cafes to service east and west sides. No matter where you are, your never too far away to stop in and give this awesome local business a try. You'll be so glad you did!

Great experience every time I go and everyone there is so knowledgeable. This is the best place you can go if you are new to Kratom because they are so helpful and can assist you in finding a type or vein that works for you. If you need something just to help you wind down at night or to help you manage your pain, they have it.

They have such a huge selection, new stuff on special all the time. The store itself is very casual and has a very relaxing environment to just chill in if you're ordering a drink.

The Kratom here is for sure the best quality you can get. I'm so glad this place exists and is able to help so many people just like me.

Also Jill is awesome and was able to accommodate me one time when I was out of town and needed some extra Kratom shipped to me. Everyone there is so supportive and friendly.

Wonderful first experience with Kratom Kafe! After being prescribed opiates to deal with an injury, coming off them was hell and the only cure for withdrawal that I found online that wasn't just another opiate was Kratom. I gave it a try, but found the powder disgusting and difficult to use and dose correctly. I called Kratom Kafe, the owner picked up and immediately advised the best product for my needs, which ended up being a tincture. She took the time to explain the details, the manufacturer's recommended dosage, everything I needed to have a safe and healthy experience with Kratom. After placing my order over the phone, she delivered to my door herself in less than an hour, even texting me with updates. Seeing this kind of dedication and expertise in a business owner is rare, and I will be a repeat customer!

There is only 2 places I go for kratom in all of tucson and this is one of them. I enjoy that they have a vending machine open 24 hours with plenty of info posted in case you have questions. I made use of it last night when I realized I had no more kratom for the next day when I woke up. The atmosphere was comfortable and the cashier was super knowledgeable and helpful. Not only can you buy product but they also make drinks to go. Kratom has saved my life. As an ex narcotic user, I’ve struggled to find something to make me feel better physically and emotionally. Kratom is legal!!! I’m so glad I have this place right around the corner from my house! I even took my one year old with me and didn’t feel judged. I give this establishment 5 stars and highly recommend. Also they run 1/2 off specials on different strains, that’s what I get to save money and the quality stays the same as the high end stuff. You won’t be disappointed.

Hands down the best, most pure product I’ve ever had. The customer service is incredible. Always feel welcome. As a chronic pain patient I've used Kratom Kafe for over 2 years. They have always taken care of me. I order from them online and they have lighting fast shipping, make ordering super simple and have a great product. Give them a try and you won't regret it. Their product is always super fresh and just works. If you are in pain look into Kratom as an alternative to expensive drugs.

Jill is always so helpful with suggestions on the different types of Kratom. So informative and courteous! I've received my items within a timely fashion. The one time the shipment was delayed (do to USPS), she investigated, kept me informed, and received it promptly. I'd highly recommend this company, not only for the product, but the customer service is the greatest!

When some of our orders got mixed up with USPS over the holiday season, Jill was more than accommodating trying to make everything right. She went out of her way to call and troubleshoot the problem and offered to go out of her way to help us.
