Great customer service. I wish they put the cream cheese on the bagel, but the food and Italian sodas were great.

Update: I'm glad they don't put the cream cheese on the bagels hahaha. When they're busy, THEY ARE BUSY. It's hard to say anything bad about them because the food and drinks are great, and consistent. What you get on a Monday morning will taste the same on a Saturday afternoon, and that's worth something these days. And other than being pretty slow when they're busy, their customer service really is great.

Try the jalapeno cheddar bagel. It's not spicy, I'd say mild at best, but the cheddar givess the bagel a perfect taste and texture.

If you have the time to sit and drink your coffee, they have indoor and outdoor seating, and the atmosphere is really nice and clean.

TRUCKERS: I pick up and deliver to the Amazon down the street sometimes and always stop for a coffee. The office buildings just west of the coffee shop, off of Van Buren, have enough space in their lot to park 1 truck & trailer so you can run in and take your 30min break. Then you just drive around behind the buildings south of the coffee shop where the loading docks are and pull out on 83rd Ave.

I have been coming to this spot for about a year after meeting with clients in Tolleson and needing a good coffee shop to work out of. Not only do they have a drive thru for convenience but also speedy wifi. As other reviewers have mentioned, I looooove the coffee ice cubes and the fact I can taste coffee in my drink. My personal favorite is the snickerlicious, though all the speciality drinks I tried have been good. I hope they add a location closer to west/central Phoenix soon! :)

Great coffee, but needs work on drive thru service as there is no line at 9am but you're waiting 10 minutes for the coffee to be made

Great coffee, great service! We tried cold brew w/ cream and sugar. Also got the vanilla & Hazelnut specialty drink. Both were great and had coffee taste. Don't forget the awesome COFFEE ICE CUBES! So smart! Update: This place seemed to get worse the more often I went. Really disappointing. Don't get the tamales. 🤢

I did not like they're breakfast burrito it was gross. Also I tried aas very flavorless and the banana bread is horrible. Now I can't give a negative review on all they're for which I have to them all but I most definitely don't recommend any of the products I described. I will go back there To try there hot coffee drinks and hopefully I will be able to give them a review. I happy to say that I went back to try another coffee. This time I got a cold mocha frappe and I is very good I really like it wasn't disappointed. I definitely think they deserve a 3 star

Service is great. Prices are reasonable. The graphics and logos are so adorable i can't help but show off my cup. Location is great and convenient to call ahead my order prior driving to the shop and still have 20 minutes left of my lunch break. I LOVE the Call ahead feature.

Look out Starbucks!!! Man, when my mom introduced me to this drink, I was blown away!!! For people who don't like the bitterness of coffee, like my mom, this place is for you! The 'Toffee Bar' latte is an experience not a beverage!

I love this location. Staff is friendly and great customer service. If you were a member before the app , I highly recommend re-register for the App for points .

Worst Cold Brew Coffee I've ever had. So bitter and basically tastes like an iced coffee. The staff also had very little knowledge on the drinks. And couldn't give me any good advice on what to order during my first visit.
