I always enjoy the perky employees, and love the soft top feature.

I've been going to this location for years and honestly all the new people are all mostly friendly and honestly caring. I have had a run in with a few people who have worked here and weren't the nicest but the rest of the crew makes up for it

I would give less stars if I didn’t love the company as much as I do, however, this must be the location where they train everyone, because I’ve never had my drink made wrong as many times as I have at this location, and they are the slowest location. I went today to get coffee before work, as I am a hairdresser and need lots of caffeine, The drive up line was way too long, so I decided to go to the walk up line. There was one single person in front of me, yeah I was standing in line for about 10 minutes, with the employees just chit chatting away as if there isn’t a line wrapping around the building, and it sounded like they also made a mistake with her sugar free surprise rebel….how do you mess that up?????? Now I’m going to work without my coffee, and I’ll be going an extra mile and a half or so to the location on southern and mill from now on for better, quicker service. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt because they are the closest location to me, but today was the last straw, I walked out of the line nicely and just left. They didn’t seem to care either.

The new pumpkin drink is so good! Appreciate the smiles and good customer service. Drinks are yummy!
Could improve on quality consistency. Most of the time it tastes right, and then other times it just tastes like espresso with milk with no flavor =/ They are always willing to remake it but when there are 20 cars behind me, I find it hard to ask.

I’ve been going to this Dutch location religiously for months. I love the staff so much, they’re full of energy and very kind! They even started to recognize me and they always say hello and have my drink memorized. Also, these guys make the best coffee by far. It gets very busy at times, but if you want to escape the ASU coffee-goers, this is the place to go. Highly recommend stopping by!

My favorite thing about Dutch Brothers is the variety of sugar free syrups that they have!! I also think their coffee tastes better than Starbucks and their staff is much friendlier!!

My first time at Dutch Bros...not great. I ordered three drinks: my drink was a medium, but it was half ice/half coffee. From the looks of the other two drinks, the ice/drink coffee ratio was the same. Honestly, I'm terribly disappointed. The coffee tastes great, just wish I had received more of it than ice.
