The employees were nice the drinks and loaves are good enough. Not sure it worth a ridiculously long wait, but I do recommend this place.

Dutch brothers you should be real proud proud of this young man Travis for the way that he canducts himself with customers as we go through the line. Also Lily another employee was so warm and welcoming it made the experience so nice!!.❣

It has a long line, but it moves quickly and the folks are super nice. I had a cherry vanilla latte that was flavorful and fun. They do a stamp card that give you a free drink. It's helpful if you look at the menu online before you go. The team comes our to your car with a mobile device to keep the line moving along. The reusable cups were out at this location but may come with a free drink.

Dutch has always been my #1 go to place for my caffeine drinks, but today things changed. How are you going to only fill a cup up not to the top AND charge almost $10 (plus i always tip). Then you go to tell me id have to pay more to get the cup full?! This is ridiculous, i have not had this problem before the last couple weeks, i dont know if you guys changed your cups or what but this is a problem and i will no longer be going there for my drinks as i can go anywhere else and get just as good of a drink if not better for most likely even cheaper and a full cup! Sad day today.

Visiting Arizona with my 8-month pregnant wife and decided to see what the Dutch Bro’s hype is all about. Pulled up to a super friendly girl, she shared all of her favorites with us when we asked, and then proceeded to cover the cost of our 2 small drinks that we ordered. We rolled up to window with 5 or 6 employees who all yelled “congratulations” and talked to us for an additional few minutes. To top it all off, the drinks were actually fantastic and my wife already wants to go back for a bigger one once she finished hers. This place was stellar and the hype is more than real, wish I could give them 10 stars. Visit this place as soon and as often as you can. Thanks for the great first Dutch Bro’s experience!

If you think Starbucks employees have a reputation for being friendly, Dutch Bros employees take that to a whole new level. Hands down some of the best customer service you will ever get anywhere whether at a coffee shop, restaurant, grocery store, you name it.
