Scooter's Coffee

I had to try this place since it is close to home. I have tried their brewed coffee, green tea, and food. The brewed coffee is decent. Their iced coffee tasted like sugar water. The iced green tea was pretty good but too sweet for my taste. As for the snacks I have been disappointed every time and can never finish it due to this. I feel it's comparable to the QT coffee. Which is unfortunate I was really excited about this place opening. Their customer service was great otherwise. I'm sure with time they will get better.

I usually love this place, I work at 6 everyday so I always come before work around 545… this is now the 3rd time that it was closed still and no one was there. It says it opens at 5, and every other day it is… just wish I would stop going out of the way for coffee, when no one’s there. Super weird.

This place is amazing! I love how smooth this coffee is. It is reasonably priced and has a great menu. The staff are always quick and precise with every order. I haven't had a drink I don't like or made wrong. I reccomend this place to people all the time! The appearance feels convenient, but also very inviting. ♡

Great vanilla frap, love that they already have 2 shots of espresso in there for ya' to add that extra kick in the morning. No dine "in" but there's a nice little patio seating area with umbrella covered tables to sit down at.

I came here just about every day during the summer for the iced "carmelicious" and the quality of the coffee is amazing and consistent, but the quality of customer service is even better, at least when the ladies work at the drive thru window. Always a good experience at scooters, they seem to love their job and do it well with a smile on their face the whole time, nothing but good vibes every time I come here! I should probably know names by now but I don't, so I will just say the woman with the poofy hair, bright eyes and colorful nails is my favorite! I came here a few days after my dog passed away and she was working at the window, just her wholesome joyful energy alone took me out of my depression and for quite a while too. People like that are key players in any business, a true asset. Getting coffee from scooters is better than any therapy.. lol

I ordered 2 LARGE blended vanillas with whip, was given 2 small without whip. Tasted like iced water, no vanilla flavor whatsoever. Charged over $12 not including the tip I gave. The line was too long to go back thru and the teenage boy doing the drive thru was rude. 👏🏼 TRAIN BETTER 👏🏼 Never had a problem here before this but I'll be going to Starbucks from now on. At least they're consistent 👍🏼

Service was AWESOME! Staff was helpful in explaining how to order , what to order and why they are different than other coffee shops.

I tried their Iced Turtle Latte and it did not disappoint. Creamy. Smooth. And not too much ice.

I also had to try their cinnamon rolls. When I got it I was a little disappointed by the lack of frosting but NOPE I was wrong and it was plenty. The roll was soft and delicate. Perfect amount of cinnamon and not overly sweet. It's large in size and came warmed .

They do have a loyalty card. When filled you receive a free small drink of choice.

After being frustrated with the lack of quality of coffee, customer service, and over-all company values (or lack there-of) of other chain coffee shops, I decided to try out scooters on a whim. What can I say other than this place is incredible! The staff are seriously sweethearts and have never messed up my order or given less than superb customer service. The coffee is out of this world (yes- it ACTUALLY tastes like coffee!). I recently moved to Goodyear and I still drive that 20 miles JUST to get me some coffee from scooters.

This place i amazing. I shared with the amazing girls Grace , Haley & Persephone,that my sons name is Scooter and I just had to stop by. They gave the best service and smiles. I absolutely recommend this place I purchased a cinnamon roll & iced tea. Absolutely amazing. Ill alway make sure to come to Scooters .

Extremely unfortunate that the staff is so unpleasant and the prices are always incorrect because the coffee is great but not worth a terrible experience every time!
