Scooter's Coffee

The gentleman on the speaker at the drive-thru was very nice and helpful. However, when I went to get my drink , the girl handed it to me and I asked if it was decaf. She didn't even check with the barista's inside and said yes. I said, "Are you sure and she firmly said yes. Unfortunately, I'm unable to have caffeine but I love my coffee, so I have to have decaf. Within 10 mins of drinking my drink, I became ill. Anxiety is flowing through me like crazy and my heart rate is high. Now, I'll be sick for the rest of the day and can't drink my $7 drink. I guess I'll stick to my Starbucks location who knows I need decaf. Disappointed in the girl, not double-checking for me and just assuming.

I'm surprised that this location is not that busy!! I was excited to see we had one here in az after finding one in TN last week. The ladies at this location are amazing. We chatted a bit about the ap and how Scooters Coffee tasted much better than the bigger brand named coffee shops. Even better on my tummy as well!

My first time trying Scooter's, and I got a free drink as well! They also have sugar-free caramel for their coffee drinks, which is my favorite flavoring! A well known competitor that I frequent daily, they do not have sugar-free caramel, and that's a plus in my book! The Barista at the speaker was very pleasant and cordial. She did not try to rush me since that was my first time browsing the menu. She was also very sweet at the drive-thru window. My drink was great, and I didn't try anything else, but their menu looked fantastic. I will definitely be back because of their service, and their sugar-free drinks they have to offer! Some of their drink flavors were 'Turtle Latte, Candy Bar Latte, Toffee Nut Caramelicious, Love Potion.' Just to name a few! There is definitely something here for everyone!

Love the coffee there. Way better than Starbucks. Doesn't hurt my stomach. I order White Chocolate Mocha over ice Large.

The employee was super nice. The coffees were a little too sweet for my taste. Might give it another try.

Delicious coffee. I ordered the mocha blended. Perfect amount of cream, chocolate flavor, and espresso. Then we ordered a iced Carmel drink. We asked for light ice and let's just say they don't know what the word light means. However my wife was extremely happy with the flavors. Now the reasons why I'm giving it a three star is because the guys personality was about as good as a rock. I'm not into insults but no joke..it was bad. He told me to have a good day and almost forgot our second drink. I love the taste but when it comes to customer service it was a big disappointment. I'll try again in a few weeks and see if it changes there with their staff. First time coming to try it today. Bit of a let down.

After going here a couple of times, I'll never go back to that overpriced Seattle place. The service is much faster, better quality and flavors. Run by a great team of young fresh spirited people. Check it out for yourself. They accept cash unlike that other place I used to visit.

Stopped by Scooters today for an iced coffee and they gave my little buddy a free pup cup! This place rocks and the coffee was great also!

While everyone is waiting in long lines to go to places that don't offer as many sugar free options as they used to, this sweet place is on the ball.
Not only is their coffee good and staff friendly, they have a very large selection of sugar free syrups for my diabetic husband. Thank you!!!!

I ordered a small 2-shot hot mocha. Worst drink ever! No coffee flavor, no chocolate flavor. Girls are a always kind of rude. I seriously don't they care or know how to make an espresso drink! I won t be back again, and they charged me $4.65 for that terrible slop which I tossed out!
